Say what???? To complete the interview in another country, they would have to acquire a visa for that "other country" giving them legal residency before the embassy would allow that "IDEA" to happe

I am going to my CFO seminar tomorrow. What documents am I required to bring? Do I need anything from my USC fiance (copy of passport and birth certificate for example)? Because I will still need to ask him for scans of that, if ever... Not sure if he will have time to send them to me in time for my appointment tomorrow.

Check the CFO website for requirements. It's a little late to be asking as there are some things you'll need from your fiancee to make the interview go smoothly.

Ok I will ask him to send me scans before he goes to work.

If ever he isn't able to, would it be better to just reschedule? Or can I just go back to give needed & lacking documents (I will have to go back for my sticker anyway, as I am doing my CFO before my K1 visa interview)?

You can go back later to deliver any documents needed.

Good day,

Im going to CFO manila, to renew my passort from single to married..i'll just ask some,questions from you.

 

1.Do i need to bring my husband with me during seminar?

2. Can i just present my husband documents using photos from the gallery of my phone?

3. I have 2 valid identification cards, Philhealth on my husband surname and TIN ID on my maiden name since i have'nt yet change my status. Are these 2 ID's acceptable eventhough its on different surnames?

Please read my post from your earlier post. 

 

Also you have to do a ROM at your embassy/consulate in Australia to get a passport in your married name. CFO has nothing to do with it at all.

No.  Husband will NOT be allowed inside CFO for the seminar.

You need actual copies for CFO to keep.    

Having picture ID in your married name will be limited being you are completing CFO to get your certificate for renewing your passport in your married name.     

 

Your personal copy of the NBI is a photo ID also  ;)  

 

Do have a PSA copy of your marriage certificate.

Depends on your country of Destination as well.

 

My buddy from Australia whom lives in Philippines, His girlfriend had to do CFO for a Tourist Visa to Aussie Land.
