My aunt who is 63 years old and single will apply for B1/B2 Visa from the Philippines for the 4th time (I think). She got refused 3 times already. What I suspect the problem is- is that she is single (though she is 63 years old, she is beautiful) I guess the visa officer got intimidated with her beauty lol. And thinks that she will just marry an American to stay in the US like DUHHH!!!! She has a stable job and have no intention to really stay in the US. She just wants to visit. One more thing is that my 2 aunts lives in the US too. So I think that is another red flag.

Anyway, to make the story short, I invited here in Canada... She got her Visa (multiple entry) with no problem at all. I guess Canadians are more friendly (so sorry to American friends). She stayed here for 4 months and returned to the Philippines.

My question is, If she applies for US tourist visa again, would her case be stronger because of the Canadian Visit Visa that she has. And to think too that she returned after 4 months and did not overstay here... that is a good sign right? :)

What do you think my friends?

Thank you!

I think yes, it does make it stronger.

How long ago were the three denials? Sometimes waiting a while, especially together with foreign travel like your aunt now has, can help.
