Am I ready?

Hi all,

I entered the U.S. with a valid J-1 visa with DS2019, November 2014. And I extend my DS2019 last November. Then I decided to marry my current husband last month and we are married now. I know that I am no longer an Au pair but my host family knows my situation and everything looks ready for applying the adjustment of status. So I just want to make sure if these attachments are correct. Also we are sending the package next week and wondering if we should use paper files to separate them or not. Thank you for your help!
