My NOA is 7-26-2017, I'm a VSC filer.

I had sent:

Photos, Letters from friends/family/coworkers

2 years of joint lease (which they said was a short time and not adequate....spouse was in a lease when we were married and we never added me to that lease)

IRS for 2015 + Joint Payment Proof

ID's with matching addresses

Copies of Insurance Cards (which they said there was no proof that we ever used the cards included, we thankfully never had to use them and then within a few months my spouse was laid off and we lost the insurance)

Copies of Renter Insurance w/ both of us on it (They said there was no proof it was still in effect....hello you're asking me for evidence 13 months later.....)

Copies of Credit Cards/ATM cards with each others names + 1 statement showing both of our names on it + my bank statement indicating my spouse was my bienefactor on my bank since 2014 (at the time my lawyer advised to not add my spouse to my bank account since they had an ongoing identity theft issue and that my assets could be frozen)

They want:

Proof of children/etc (We have none)

Proof of a home/car/deed/etc (We don't own a home or a car)

Proof of comingling finances (my spouse didn't get their own bank account until 02/2016 so I'm going to send them 16 months of statements)

Proof that we reside together (all of the utilities are in my name, spouse has TERRIBLE credit hence no car or home) (plus we sent them 2 leases July 2015-July 2016 and July 2016 RENEWED until July 2017)

They want life insurance/will/etc (We have none, we have no assets-live pay check to check)

So What I'm sending

-16 months of joint statements with utilities/rent coming out of that account even though they were in my name,

-Resending the joint lease for July 15-July 2017

-2016 Taxes

-Spouse's credit report to show this is why we have no mortgage, car, anything nice (LOL!)

-Sprint Bills in my name from 2013-Present of both of our phones

-New Health Insurance from 12/16-May/17 with only one claim filed

-Proof Renter's Insurance was still in effect

-Utility Bills from 2015, 2016, and 2017 with my name on it at addresses we reside at.

Honestly, my spouse has bad credit (in the 400s) and is really irresponsible with funds so I do all of the book-keeping, pay billing, and manage all of that. We never added them to any of utilities because he already owned them money and we couldn't afford insane deposits plus back payment on his prior debt.

I'm wondering if I should include a letter explaining all of this...they said I have until November to answer and then a decision would be made 60 days from that.

I went to my Infopass appointment today to get the I-551 stamp. It's good for another year, and the officer said my case has not been touched. It's still at CSC and not with my N-400.

I had Infopass appointment today and got i-551 stamp for another 6 month. They didnt take away my expired green card but they didnt notice the mailing address is incorrect, I moved to Phoenix 2 month ago and changed my address online but for some reason the apartment # is not recorded in the mailing address so I will have to update that again.

Biometrics: 10/13/2016

GC Expiration Date: 10/28/2016

Infopass appointment: 08/15/2017

Status: Pending

The processing times are available again and they are gong backwards to June 15 for CSC and June 18 for VSC??LOL

I think its the system, because we all see different dates, someone on fb posted that they see August 15th.

When checked inhad seen csc 15th june, vsc 13th june.

And someone here said they see csc 15th, and vsc 18th.
