This is such a joke.

It is pretty frustrating for sure. It took entire 9 months just to move 1 month and 3 days? It seems like now it is taking the entire month just to move 5 days. So folks, those of you who are July filers, they will probably start approving you guys by October and it will take them 2 or 3 months just to finish all the July piles, and for August filers and myself included will probably have to wait till next Feb or March. I just applied for 400 this week, so I am just going to focus on 400, but I would love to see my 751 approved too so I will have no uncertainty, but looks like I won't have the luxury, might have to wait till next summer and they will combine the two concurrently

Just pray that illegal immigrants stop coming in.

Just pray that stupid people who just want to move to USA stop applying for something they should not.

That's pretty much all you can do.

But why VSC doesn't seem to be affected? Because most VSC filers live in the swing states that helped Trump win, Trump is rewarding them and pushing CA and NY???LOL

Exactly. Looks like they gonna end up a year having processed 1 month and 28 days. F disgusting. I think it's a new Trump policy to adjudicate as slow as possible but not to stop at all.

If it were Trump, then VSC should have been just as slow as well. VSC is going pretty fast and normal like it has always appeared for years. (VSC always takes a bit over a year to process 751), and looks like CSC will take 1.5 years or even 2

Yes, if you ultimate goal is 400 approval, then you should file when you are eligible. USCIS might combine two pending applications into one when the 400 interview is available.

Not for me, but that's because I did not file online.

I believe someone with a similar timeline to mine said it was around Decemeber 2017 for completion for him/her.

It depends on which field office that will handle your 400 case. By law, i had to mail my 400 to Arizona lock box and it will probably be transferred to Los Angeles filed office, and according to the processing time updates, it so far will take about 9 months for that particular filed office to process 400. So i guess it depends on what your NOA says about which filed office is assigned to handle your 400.

I would one practical way to deal with this unprecedented CSC delay is to have low expectations. I have conceded, it will just take 2 years for them to process, and anything before that is a miracle..

Hey guys

My request may sound bogus and borderline mean but can we all agree that we should only post for now when we get an update regarding our case ?

We are already stressed enough about our case, when I personally receive a visa journey notifications, I'm expecting a CSC news. :)

I totally understand the fact that we are all super frustrated and quite upset about this whole process and it does help to b**tch about it with people who go through the same thing; I know that I can also mute the forum (which I dont want to do).

But please please pleaase! Can we just be productive and proactive when it comes to our posts ?

Once again I apologize if this comes as "rude" but my head is everywhere, I am having anxieties when I see post lool. That's how much this process stresses me out.

It's just a suggestion!

They could well be going through an audit in the CSC and not the VSC or any other regional center. They could also be having the VSC going full steam so nobody says they are slowing down. It may also have to do with the RAISE act as they may be trying to avoid a flood of extended family applications before they pass the law in congress.
