That's disconcerting...

And I was looking at the June/16 chart...only 3 applicants were approved in the last 16 days, and one of them was a RFE. It seems the approval rate is getting even slower, as unbelievable as it may sound..This delay is just beyond anything...I really cant find words to describe it. I wonder how far will this go.

It is unprecedented, so unprecedented that my lawyer told me she has never been in this kind of situation where she applies 400 while 751 is pending. It is screwed up, but VSC is very normal, that is strange.

I think the services centers go through cycles. CSC has generally been faster than VSC, but it runs into speed bumps every once in a while.

I remember CSC came to a halt for lots of applications when all of the DACA applications started getting filed. At that time, Vermont just kept trucking along, and everyone that filed at CSC wished their files were at VSC. People were also talking about class action lawsuits, starting "We the People" petitions, and contacting their representatives and the ombudsman. I think the pace at CSC was over two years per application IIRC at that time, and it lasted for months. It was unbearable for a lot of people. Then all of a sudden, CSC just started approving applications at lightning-fast speeds. It was like they never stopped at all.

It feels like the same thing to me now, and I don't believe this pace will continue for much longer.

Yes i have state id. That is all they request for domestic flights?  Thanks so much

You have an Illinois State ID? It is correct that that is all you need for domestic flights, but keep in mind that Illinois State ID and drivers licence are not yet REAL ID compliant. They have an extension through October 10, 2017 (so you can still use your existing ID to fly until then), but after that I'm not sure if TSA will accept your State ID (for a completely different reason - nothing to do with your immigration status). Beginning January 22, 2018, TSA will not accept state ID from any state unless it is REAL ID compliant (or that state is granted another extension)

Woah, @Zombie69... aren't you an August filer? Why do you keep flooding the July thread with unnecessary comments? Be nice and Take a seat, please.

Congrats allthings1,

Usually your new GC will arrive in 5-7 biz days from the day your status changes online.

I believe you can call a Tier-2 officer and ask for tracking info

Good luck!

Divorce waivers unfortunately are processed differently than normal applications. Not sure that his/her experience means much for normal filers. I do hope so for sure tho...

The only july 2016 (CSC) filers that got approved was from a divorce case! And the officer that i've been talk he didnt mention anything about normal/divorce case. So just cross the fingers! No one knows about exactly whats going on with them uscis.
