My extension letter is now expired (I'm incredibly annoyed about the snail's pace CSC is going) and I was wondering if I needed to miss work, drive 250mi, pay for gas, food and lodging just to get a stupid stamp on my passport. The nearest field office isn't even in my state. Glad to know ICE won't come knocking at my door for having expired everything. I just don't have the time and resources to deal with this ish right now. 

Nor have the need to do so unless you need to show your proofs of status. So sit back and relax my fellow CSC July filer, we are on the same boat!

Just checked this morning and they are opening infopass slots on saturdays now.

They must be doing that at the really busy offices. Portland, OR has lots of slots available still so they haven't done so.

Received the green card in the mail finally! Exactly 1 week after approval. Grateful to God and hang in there July filers, you will be approved very soon hopefully! God Bless

Also I have a question, the one year extension is from the date we receive the extension paper or its the one year extension on the conditional green card. Hey Mjabs, we are in the same boat! Im a july 2016 fillers also divorce waiver case!

so based on my experience, i went to infopass twice. 1st one was in the mid of june. The officer refused to put a stamp bc my NOA is exp on july 2017 so he suggests me to come back in july. During our conversation he mention that the NOA is good for a year that meant could be a year from NOA as well as your exp gc. However, the cbp in every POE are pretty familiar with that (NOA letter) and they should've your data on their system!

 

2nd infopass was last week on the 25th. And funny thing i was talk to the same officer. This time we had a lil bit longer conversation in the window. He told me that my case maybe in someone's desk right now in CSC. He also told me that i should hear anything from them (uscis) soon! So i finally got a stamp on my passport and its good till july 2018 and he also gave my exp gc back  

 

hopefully my answer is help for you and please stay patient. We almost there. Amen!

Yes, it is frustrating and CSC seems to have been stuck in June filing pile last year for some reason. We filed last August and it will be almost a year in about a week. We will filed 400 in a week. I keep hearing case after case that they may combine the two and adjudicate both together if when you are eligible to file 400 and 751 is pending. Please let us know how the info pass goes, thanks.
