did it say "under officer review"? That's what my SR stated.

Hello Everyone,

 

I filed my Removal of conditions petition in July of 2016, got my Biometrics in 1st week of August since then I received the 1 year extension. It will be 1 year next month and my temporary GC will expire in August of 2017. I have not heard back from USCIS Vermont office about any case updates nor have received any additional proof requests. I hope I get some updates before the temporary GC extension of 1 year expires.

I received a response saying that my files are being transferred to my local office for interview scheduling.

July 18th received by CSC. Still nada. My extension expires October 8th this year and I will be traveling back to England from September 24th until October 6th..........I will be applying for an infopass appointment to get the stamp!!  Which, btw, is a pain in the ###.  My nearest is Chicago O'Hare Airport which is a 4 hour drive. And you can only make an appointment up to 2 weeks ahead.  Seriously???!!  

Ah well.... not long until Naturalization paperwork can be filed and I understand this hurries them along with the 10 year Green Card!! 

The website says they are processing for June 15th 2016 right now.... but it sure isn't linear so I am not holding my breath for an answer before I go.

 

Any news on anybody getting conditions removed from July filers?

About 55% of July VSC filers have been approved so far, per the last updated chart.

Thank you!  Well, I guess maybe there is a glimmer of hope..... But CSC is moving at a snails pace.................... :(

Oh, sorry, didn't see that you are a CSC filer. Yes, unfortunately only 1 of those has been approved :/

Have not received any updates since the biometrics. Green card will expire on August 4th 2017. Infopass appointment scheduled for August 1st to get the i-551 stamp.

My NOA is 7/25/16 CSC as well, jus my biometrics wered done on 9/30:)

My priority date came and I submitted N-400 online. Now I have these 2 cases pending. Online filling seems to be much more friendly and less complicated, they should do it all like this.
