MY GC anniversary date will be 10/27/2017. I checked the 90 days early applying for N400, 90 days prior to the 3 years. So I am going to prepare N400 application for naturalization this month 07/29/2017. Thanks to all and all the best.

What do you mean for your "GC anniversary"? When you received it or when it expires?

I just checked my USCIS online account and it says on my case history:

"On July 12, 2017, your general inquiry, referral number WXXXXXXXXXXXXVSC, was assigned to an officer for response."

What could this possibly mean? On July 5th an officer said he would submit an inquiry for me but why is this dates july 12th? Today I wasn't told they would submit another one or perhaps the one from July 5th was assigned to someone today?

Right, but I didn't submit an inquiry today, could it be the one from July 5th that was assigned to someone today? Or did they create a new one for me today?

Most likely. If they never responded to you on the first service request, most likely they are acting on it now.

Ugh I hope so. This wait is getting on my nerves and they are probably sick of seeing my number call. LOL:lol:

I just got my inquiry response.

The status of this service request is:

Your Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751) is currently under officer review.  You should receive a decision or notice of other action within the next 60 days.

This sounds like it's moving

Hey everyone --  long time lurker, first time poster. Just wanted to let you all know that we received a letter stating that my wife's removal of conditions was approved! We got the approval in the mail on 7/11/17 - exactly one year after our NOA date. The notice says the date of decision was 7/3/17. Her biometrics was on 8/9/16 and we filed at VSC. Please add us to the list :)

We didn't receive a text or email notification of the approval, even though we signed up for it. Thank goodness for Informed Delivery (which I learned about through this forum). The online case status didn't change until today, and now states that her new card is being produced.

Thanks for sharing your updates and shedding some light on this otherwise opaque process. Good luck to everyone still waiting and I hope to see you all in the forum for applying for citizenship!

Good news...

Everytime I want to file a service request for form I-751. It says this....

"You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number."

I used this receipt number

"On August 3, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number #########"

What form did you used to file for the service request?

I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

[08/03/16] Package delivered to USCIS (California Service Center)

[08/05/16] NOA (never received, lost in the mail)

[09/15/16] NOA replacement

[10/07/16] Biometrics (early walk-in on 09/27/16)

[05/07/18] Case transferred to NBC

[06/25/18] Interview was scheduled

[07/30/18] Combo I-751/N-400 interview

[07/30/18] APPROVED AT COMBO I-751/N-400 INTERVIEW

N-400 (Naturalization) with pending I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

[07/31/17] Package sent to USCIS (NBC)

[08/07/17] NOA

[08/31/17] Biometrics

[12/20/17] In line for interview

[06/25/18] Interview was scheduled

[07/30/18] Combo I-751/N-400 interview

[08/31/18] NOID received

[09/07/18] NOID response sent back to USCIS

[10/02/18] In line for oath ceremony

[11/13/18] Oath ceremony was scheduled

[12/10/18] Oath! Finally a US Citizen!

Thanks! Informed Delivery is where the US Postal Service sends you an email with scanned images of what will be delivered to your mailbox that day. It basically gives you a heads up of what will be in your mailbox (especially useful if you're anxiously awaiting delivery of something). Here's more info: https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action
