True. Most of the CSC approvals last week were filers with a June 8 - 11 NOA date so not a real significant progress. I have a feeling the CSC timeline may just move to from June 9 to June 11 when they update it again this month. It feels like they are just toying with us.

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC : 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

My wife is US citizen. After arrival in US, We changed our address one time. I already filled the AR11 online form when I changed the address and also got confirmation of AR11.

 

Now I am submitting my I-751,

 

I just read the I-865 must be filed within 30 days of change of address.

For us it is almost 1 and half year.

 

What should we do :

 

1 : Can we send now ?

2 : Can we call USCIS ?

Send in the sponsor's address change form as soon as possible... lots of people forget and I don't think it's going to be a big deal. I would wait a few days for the address change to arrive before you send in the I-751. But I wouldn't worry about it too much. There's a place on the I-865 to write a note... I'd explain that you didn't realize that the sponsor had to submit a separate change of address but that you corrected your error as soon as you found out. And add the actual date of the move to the note.

Got my approval letter today... 

Happy but weird. I called twice between the day I was approved and not a single officer told me I was approved. They told me it was being reviewed still... And I called this morning and said they were doing the last verification. And tonight I open the mail and the approval letter is there... Weird..

It is infuriating and the worst part is there is nothing much you can do. My lawyer said the worst case is after 2 years of inactivity, one will file a class action lawsuit, and I should say USCIS want want to avoid a large number of applicants filing lawsuits against them. We will see.

Just correcting my dates. I was the lucky guy who cut his finger opening a coke can ON THE WAY to the biometrics appointment, earning myself an extra 28 day delay between my original appt and the actual date I made it in. Considering that my biometrics was the last one from the list at Vermont, I will just assume that scheduling my InfoPass appt will be the way to go.

1: File AR11 (If address change by petitioner)

2: File I-865 (If address change by Sponsor)

3: File I-751 (90 days before GC expire).

Quick update: our 10 year GC arrived in the mail yesterday (it's green and looks very similar to the 2 year one). Took 10 days between receiving approval letter and receiving card in the mail (for those who are approved and wondering how long it takes to receive card)
