In Evidence of the Relationship section point 5 : 

 

Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence
was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship. (Such persons may be required to
testify before an immigration officer as to the information contained in the affidavit.) The original affidavit must be
submitted and also contain the following information regarding the person making the affidavit: his or her full name
and address; date and place of birth; relationship to you or your spouse, if any; and full information and complete
details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge. Affidavits must be supported by other types of
evidence listed above.


I have affidavit of two people but in the affidavit there date and place of birth is not mention.

 

Is date and place of birth of person making the affidavit is mandatory ?

A month before your one-year extension expires, get an InfoPass appointment for an I-551 stamp to be put in your passport. That will allow you to travel for another 6 months to one year, depending on what the officer says (I've seen people report getting stamps valid for both of these timeframes). Sorry about your emergency; at least this stamp is free, i.e. you do not need to get a re-entry permit. Best wishes to you in this stressful situation.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do  - then choose your service center from the drop down. If the date on the chart is more recent than your NOA date, you can submit a service request.

Hello All. We were not previously registered with VisaJourney but wanted to let you know that my wife, a Mexican Citizen, (NOA date July 19, 2016 VSC)

just received her approval in the mail today (July 1).

Her USCIS "Case Status" still reads "Received" with no update.

I hope this is positive news for some/all.

And a massive amount of gratitude to the creators, guardians and contributors to this site who have helped to make the journey understandable and tolerable.
