Are CSC getting their cards at around the 1 year mark too? They received my case on 7/26, I was VSC, but got transferred in March and haven't heard anything other than the transfer....

Where did you originally send your petition? That's usually where it is, unless your case was transferred, in which case you usually get a notification in the mail. 

If you don't remember, look at your NOA letter, at the case number. If it starts with EAC you're at Vermont, if it starts with WAC you're at California.

Vermont - April 4, 2016

Aug 2, 2011 - Met online via a mutual friend.
Dec 2, 2011 - Vivian traveled to USA to attend a medical conference and had our first date. On Dec 10, 2011 - Vivian returned home.
May 15,2012 - Vivian traveled to USA to spend a month with me. smile.png
Sep 15,2012 - Met Vivian in Frankfurt Germany and on to Prague Czech Republic to celebrate our birthdays.
Sep 24, 2012 - Left Viena Austria. The last time I was with Vivian.
Nov 11, 2012 - Mailed in I-129F
Nov 19, 2012 - NOA1 recieved

June 13, 2013 - NOA2 approved.

June 17, 2013 - NOA2 hard copy received.

June 25, 2013 - Consulate received

I've been reading the thread for June filers... it's good to hear that there is movement now... so I guess by next month, hopefully sooner we will be hearing July filers approvals... Good luck to all!

It still says June 7, and so it says on the USCIS website. However, it's updated on March 31... so hopefully they did something since March 31 to now, May 27.... I truly hope they will update the data soon and hopefully we will see some July filers approved.

Hi,  

i applied I 751 divorce waiver too. What questions did they ask you for the interview? I am also a July 2016 filer.

No. It means that CSC was processing June 7th, 2016 on March 31st. USCIS updated their website on around May 26, but the dates on the website are already almost 2 months out of date. They do that, I think, so that they can tell us that date on the phone and it keeps us from filing service requests.

I'm in canada and travelling back to the US tomorrow. I just realized that I brought my I-751 receipt instead of my NOA.  The receipt does say that my green card has been extended for one year.   Will this still be okay? Advice?

The extension letter you have is same as the NOA. 

Notice of Acknowledgement of Receipt.

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC : 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!
