For my ROC process, I 751, by mistake sent in a wrong utility bill.

Names on one bill looked like

John Doe

John Doe & Mary Doe

What can I do now and any comment\suggestions?

Since both your names are on the bills it should be OK. In our place, the electric company will only put one person's name on the bill.

Thanks. That's what I'm thinking but the draft I made was very crude for the utility company to just show them how names should be.

Will officer contact and ask for a copy of utility bills from company? As it won't match.

I'm a over thinker, I know.I am beating my self just thinking why didn't I pay attention when I was submitting documents.

When I check my status, I get the: "On August X, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by September 1, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

I've done the fingerprinting, but not so sure If I should have gotten anything in the mail since. Does anyone know?

Ours says the same thing. They probably don't update it after biometrics?

don't worry about the elections. any right that we got are constitutional and it will be hard for any president to repeal them.

in fact, the processing time might be way quicker because they will rush to finish the application under Obama

I am in a same sex marriage, and I am fearful of what is to come.

I'm in the same situation with my spouse. I'm not worried at all. This was decided by the courts and there would be no reason for Trump to make any attempt to do so, and if he did, could not. Like someone else said, this is deemed constitutional. Sounds like your relationship is going well. That's the really only determining factor for the removal of conditions for a ten year resident card.
