I did and I got a service request number and confirmation number and followed up a few days later just to make sure it was indeed in the system and it was......can't do much more until 30 days go by correct?

Yes, I was told when I did my second call. I called them again and was able to speak with an immigration officer. She will be able to track your request or any schedule of appoinment that has been filled already for you. She told me what my schedule was even before receiving my letter. So that made me feel at ease while waiting for the biometrics appt. in the mail. She will also tell you to call back in a certain time if the letter doesnt come one week before the scheduled biometrics appointment and she will email or fax the letter to you instead. Everything is based on my experience when I called them last week.

Hey guys, can somebody help me... So I got my I-751 (Removal of Conditions) biometrics letter about 3 weeks ago, and I was causally waiting for my appointment date. Then, last week, I got another biometrics letter. This second biometrics appointment was for my I-485 case (Adjustment of Status) which I filed almost 2 years ago (I had already taken biometrics when filing I-485 2 years ago). So why was I asked to come in for biometrics for this AoS case (again, 2 years later)?

Anyway, I took both biometrics letters to my RoC appointment and asked the receptionist why I have 2 letters. They didn't know, but they said they will take my biometrics for both filings (RoC and AoS) at the same time, so I don't need to come in for the AoS biometrics appointment.

I don't mind USCIS taking my fingerprints lol, I just wanted to know why I was sent another letter to come in for biometrics for a case I filed 2 years ago, and one that I had already had my biometrics taken. Did anyone else get a second biometrics letter?

Now we wait. CSC is averaging about 6 months. And yes, they update the case status though sometimes it lags and you may receive the GC before they update it. I track mine with the USCIS App. Use the 2nd case number on your biometrics letter. The 1st one should match the one from your NOA1 I believe.

No problem! ^_^ This community helped me so much with filing processes and tracking cases to get an idea of the wait time, so whatever information I receive, I pass onto others. I have no idea how people who don't use this site or other similar ones can just file without help and be left in the dark!

For my ROC process, I 751, by mistake sent in a wrong utility bill.

Names on one bill looked like

John Doe

John Doe & Mary Doe

This was a mistake as it looked weird so I wanted to ask utility company to send me new bill with names looking like

John Doe

Mary Doe

As per companies request, I drafted the bill to show them how it should look like for the utility company which i was planing to email them,but never got around to send it as next bills were correct. Now in hurry I mixed and sent in the bill I drafted for utility company.

She's on my bills. But I'm loosing my mind on that one bill I sent it by mistake.

What can I do now and any comment\suggestions?
