Woohoo! Don't feel bad if the date slips a little. It happened to us twice when I was sure we were going to send it, but then things kept getting in the way. I held onto our cashier's check for nearly 2 weeks to make sure we didn't spend that money.

Hey! What exactly did you send with the ROC application? We can file on 07/18, but I think we won't be able to file till next month. We have been so busy lately, it actually slipped my mind that it's almost 2 years! Time flies.

On October 2013, our I-129F Refused under 221(g)

So our son and I went back home to the PHL..

There's two pinned threads at the top of the main page for Removing Conditions on Residency here. The first posts of each are very helpful!

I used this as a checklist: http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide

I also made copies of our Driver's Licenses showing we live at the same address. Our two affidavits were also notarized.

I would also recommend skimming through other monthly threads for other ideas on what to include.

Also, looks like VSC updated their processing times. As of May 31, 2016 they are processing I-751 cases from August 3rd, 2015. Which is better than when I checked a couple of days ago they were processing cases from June 2015.

Can I safely assume that since that was updated as of May 31st that they're now working on cases from Oct 2015? If so that would be a turnaround time of 9 months instead of 12

Whoa, did you file this month? If so, that seems like a quick turn around for a biometrics appt. I'm out of the loop and haven't read other Monthly threads, so I'm not aware of what's the norm right now.

I agree, this seems too fast for a July filer. We are July 1 NOA1 still waiting for biometrics letter.
