I just checked the August thread, looks like some August filers already received their NOA1's.

You might be looking at the August 2015 thread. I didn't see anyone for 2016 get a biometrics appointment yet.

So I still haven't received a Biometrics letter. What happens if for some reason we miss it?, isn't that considered abandonment or something?, I am trying not to freak out but I am freaking out.

Call the customer service line and see if they sent one out to you.

Is it just me or is VSC moving faster than CSC (at least for NOA1 and biometrics letters)?

Same here. Still no biometrics letter yet... . I had bad experience with biometrics mailing. USCIS sent my biometrics letter to my old address during the AOS process, resulting in me missing the AOS biometrics appointment. So I'm getting even more paranoid this time.

07/19/2019: Applied online

08/07/2019: Biometrics 

01/22/2020: Interview scheduled

02/26/2020: Interview.

02/27/2020: Status changed to Approved. Oath scheduled for 03/18/2020

Same here. Still no biometrics letter yet... . I had bad experience with biometrics mailing. USCIS sent my biometrics letter to my old address during the AOS process, resulting in me missing the AOS biometrics appointment. So I'm getting even more paranoid this time.

It just doesn't make sense to me. From checking Vermont filers they are having their biometrics appointment tomorrow for my same date.

I did read on your signature that at some point you spoke to a Level 2 IO on the phone who told you you missed your biometric's appointment. Have you called them this time?, I will most likely call them tonight after I get off work.

I'll probably call them some time this week. I doubt that they'll be able to tell if a biometrics letter has been sent out though, they'll probably just tell us please allow more time blah blah... Please keep me posted :)

Hello All - I Cannot believe its almost been 2 years already since I moved here. So we ended up filing I-751 2 days ahead of 90 days timeline they have mentioned. USCIS ended up mailing the whole package with the checks to us. All we did was packed it up again and send it back to them on 07/15/16 and I received the NOA1 07/18. I am really starting to get worried :clock: as its been more than a month and I haven't received the Appointment letter yet. Both the checks show as cashed on 07/20 for $505. Need help please!!!

When I check USCIS with the receipt# it says its an INVALID Receipt# which I understand from previous posts that it takes time to update. What do u guys think??

Yes @ CoolGirl them $85 Biometric fee was cashed too totaling to $590 on 07/20 as well.

I read somewhere that the number they give us on the first NOA is not trackable on their website so don't worry about that one.

I believe we are all on the same boat regarding not receiving our Biometric's letter. If you look at all of us who filed at the California center we haven't received anything, and I check the mail literally every day.

It will be a month for me in a few days, and I believe we are required to wait at least 30 days so they can tell us what is going on.
