And no, the signature waived thing seems to be the norm right now. No big deal. "Waived" means they decided they don't need it.

Trust me as far as you have not committed a fraud, you don't have anything to worry. So I am sure I will see you all in N-400 forum soon.

 

And if it helps anyone below are the documents I submitted in response to my RFE:

  • Cover letter and RFE letter received
  • Affidavit of letter from friends and family (I had submitted from one friend with original appln, this time added more)
  • Joint Mortgage and deed Documents for our home
  • Home closing documents indicating joint ownership of our new home
  • Home title insurance issued to both of us
  • Lease documents of our previous rental apartment indicating same address (I had submitted this with original documents but I was the occupant in one of the years and joint lease holder for second year)
  • Both of our drivers license displaying same residential address
  • Joint Auto Insurance policy indicating sharing of responsibilities (I had submitted this with original documents, I added the new ones this time)
  • Property insurance issued to both names and same address indicating joint ownership of any financial needs
  • Auto Loan in joint names showing shared responsibility
  • Each of our's Life insurance documents showing the other spouse is beneficiary
  • Joint dental insurance
  • retirement benefits listing spouse as beneficiary
  • Statements of our Joint bank accounts. We had one joint bank account that we use as savings account but this one does not have transactions. So I added my spouse to my bank account which I use for paying mortgage and bills. 
  • Joint IRS tax returns for last 3 yrs of our marriage
  • W2 and Paystuds for both of us issued to the same address hence verifying the same residential address
  • Utility bills and statements issued at the same address verifying address of residence and that we share our responsibilities. Who the F has joint utility bills :)
    • Property tax bill indicating both of our names and issued and same address
    • Home owners association bills indicating both names
    • Water Bills issued at the same address
    • lnternet cable issued at the same address
    • Medical Bills issued at the same address
  • Medical Reports for our visit to our doctor
  • Travel itineraries for vacations
  • Our events with friends and family. Documents presented included party invitation and some of greeting cards we received.
  • Shared greeting cards from friends and family
  • Facebook account history verifying moments/trips/special occasions spend together
  • Photographs

I got my card today via USPS priority mail. Mailed dated on 11/22 and card received today on 11/27. My case online did not get updated untill 11/27 the same day i received my card and thus no e-mail/text notification. Anyone wondering, this did not showed up in informed delivery and my guess is since its priority mail they did not show up.

informed delivery is for regular size mail and priority mail or priority packages don't show!

( I hope they improve the USPS system then we can be able to see anything that comes to our homes!)

for your removal of conditions approval letter, it will show in the informed delivery images.
