So my card was mailed and for some reason i saw through (informed delivery) that USPS tried to deliver my green card but the package was unable to deliver due to problem with my address. So how come i received my approval letter without any problems? I went to the post office and they couldn't tell me what actually happened and most likely they returned the package back to the sender:( This is unbelievable, waiting for this moment for 15 months and you can't get your card. Does anyone else have the same

problem? What are the next steps? I am so mad just really mad.

Oh no! I can imagine how frustrated you must be. I would follow up again with the post office. Take a screenshot of your "informed delivery" and show them, that the address is correct. It's possible that a different postal worker might be able to find the envelope. 

 

If that doesn't work, you can go to the USCIS website and put in a case inquiry  - one of the options is "did not receive document by mail" - click on that and follow the instructions. 

 

I'm so sorry that happened to you.

August 8, 2017  NOA received at house.  15 days since ROC signed for in VSC.

August 25, 2017 BIO completed. 32 days since ROC received in VSC.

August 11, 2018  18 month 'Courtesy Copy' extension letter received.  Critical number  297

April 25, 2019  USA Passport Application submitted.

May 3, 2019     USA Passport received.    149 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

May 9, 2019     Certificate of Naturalization and Citizenship returned in mail.

I felt the same way, but your ultimate goal is 400, I have been focusing on that. In the long run, I think you are ahead of the game for the bigger picture.
