Finally, got my status updated today. Case status : Card / Document Production.

AOS approved on 7/31/2014. Took 116 days.

ROC approved on 10/26/2017. Took 463 days / 15 months 2 weeks.

07/12/16 Package (I-751) sent to CSC through USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight)
07/13/16 (Day 001) USCIS confirmed receipt.
07/15/16 (Day 003) Personal check cashed out.

07/18/16 (Day 006) NOA1 (mail) received. NOA dated 07/13/16.

07/21/16 (Day 009) NOA2 (mail) received. NOA2 for biometrics, ASC appointment notice.

08/04/16 (Day 023) Biometrics appointment . Done!

07/05/17 (Day 358) Infopass appointment for I-551 stamp on passport.

07/14/2017 (Day 367) still waiting for approval.... ugghh...

10/13/2017 (Day 458) CSC processing time is current.

10/18/2017 (Day 465) Filed service request with USCIS Customer Service.

FYI following up on earlier posts, our I-751 case was approved for card production last Thursday 19 November, and the card arrived by Priority Mail yesterday 26 November, so seven days from the approval email to new green card in hand.  In between we received the USCIS approval letter by mail.  I know people are anxious to receive their card after approval, and I hope the info helps.  Best of luck to all.

Did you get a tracking number for the green card from USCIS just like in AOS? How long after the approval email did you get the actual approval notice in the mail?

The approval letter came a couple of days after the email, I imagine they mail it right after sending the email.

 

 I don't believe tracking number was provided for the card itself.

I received the approval notice in the mail today. It’s interesting to note that it was sent from VSC although I filed at CSC.

N-400:

Got my freshly baked card in the mail today!

So got approval update on USCIS website on 23, changed to card was mailed on 26,  and card in hand on 28, all in 6 days. Never got my approval notice in the mail.

I submitted a service request in the beginning of October cause obviously it's outside of normal processing time. Got an email that my case was mailed from VSC to my field office end of August 2017.
