Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do except waiting. You can make on line service requests, info pass appointments, but there's just no way of knowing as to how long it is going to take for them to respond to your RFE. It is frustrating and stressful for sure. Good luck, I think as long as you did the best you could to gather as much as evidence in response to  the RFE, you will be fine and it is just a matter of time. I personally am still waiting for my 751, it has been over 14 months and I applied for 400, and i might not know my 751 status until next year when I am doing the 400 interview. CSC filer here. Anyway, good luck.

It is unusual that you are still waiting for approval from VSC - most of them have already been approved. But if you've had 2 RFEs then that might put them a bit behind. You could definitely file a service request to see what they say. If I were you, I would try to remain calm but start following up and trying to figure out what's going on.

If they're still not sure, after 2 RFEs, you may be in line for an interview.

Good luck, I hope you hear soon!

I have applied in July 2016 and my second RFE was due to signature missing on the RFE response cover letter..So I doubt that could be the case.I haven't heard any one getting two RFE's and then in line for interview..Even if thats the case..Anything to get done with this whole process.

Honestly, right now I'd be almost happy to get an interview. At least then I'd know that someone was working on my file and, since I know my marriage is real, we could go in there and prove it, and get this **** process over with!

Given that your second RFE was because of a missing signature, I think it still only "counts" as one... and while I certainly hope you don't get called for an interview, wouldn't it be better to go in for an interview than to have to find a bunch more documents and mail them off "into the void" again?!

I just got another update from USCIS via text messages yesterday. They informed me that my card was finally mailed to me, following the I-751 approval notice which I got on Oct 11th. So it seems that it took ~1 week to produce a new card after they sent out the approval notice, at least for my case. I hope to get it this or next week.

Hi guys i filed in July/12/2016  with CSC. I did my finger print in October/2016. I checked my case status and it say  (On July 12, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice). since than i did not know any thing about my case !!!!!!

how could you tell if my case being pend ?

I also apply for N400 and it say (On July 27, 2017, we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N-400)

My date is July 7th2016 with CSC. I applied for N400 as well. I think all I 751 application who applied for N400 are not getting approvals.

I called USCIS yesterday and they said your case is out side normal processing time so we will transferred it you directly to immigration officer. After few menuts of call Immigration officer asked me all my detail and about my last case status and about extension stemp which I received from local uscis office.

The Final answer they gave me was " WE WILL LET YOU KNOW VIA MAIL ABOUT YOUR CASE BEFORE NOV01ST"

Actually, if they sent a SECOND RFE they truly want to resolve it without interview. So there's hope you'll get the decision soon without the interview. Unless it's been more than a month after they received your second response to RFE.
