On the whole this shooting looks quite bad for the cops. Having a gun in the pocket could result in a justifiable shooting if he is actively reaching for it or one of the cop's guns, but considering he was on his back in a great position of weakness, the shooting looks bad.

I think what happened is the partner said gun and an instinctive reaction in such a scenario is to draw a gun. At that point when the other cop had drawn his gun and was still wrestling he kind of went into tunnel vision mode and shot the guy. So this explains why the cop pulled the gun.

But it looks like it wasn't justified. Two guys on top of one can each grab an arm.

Good luck!

And what does the video show? That he was pulling a gun while two cops had their guns on him? Does that even make sense?

I know you want to make a point, but you have to do better than this.

NO it is stupid , cause it got him dead. Just like Mike Browns stupidity got him dead.

But thanks to the BLM mindset he is a hero to a whole new generation of young black men. Nice job

And thanks to the mindset that all black men and women are inherently guilty of something has done more damage since you're willing to break the rules and forgo due process because a person has a record. You can't take the moral highroad when you're willing to let things "slide".

You are truly hopeless. "All black men and women are inherently guilty"... Give me a break. You may have self-conditioned to feel this way, but don't project it on the rest of us.

I feel the same about you. Don't talk about it if you can't handle it. If I'm not telling the truth, dispute my claims.

Ok. All black people are not guilty by default.

That's all I was trying to say.

That's sort of what I was thinking when I saw the video. He never stopped struggling and his right arm was never secured.

Sometimes obsessed people are just better off in their "happy place" because when their "happy place" is disturbed it potentially sets them off. Probably what happened in Dallas.

NO I am willing to let the facts come out, and I don't judge the guilt of the cop based on skin color . A whole city got looted and burned because of race based hysteria and media flagilation. How sad and even sader Mike Brown is a hero to so many young black men, that need real hero's. Your mindset and the people that feed it are destroying, the very people you claim to love.

So if you agree with me, why do you always try to make it seem as though you believe that blacks are assumed to be guilty by default?

Because that's the thought process. Kind of why when the perps are black here, the verbage is completely different.

When did I ever say he was a hero? Like I said before, you're willing to break the rules because he had a record. Can't say you're for the law when you're only for it when the victim is someone you can empathize with.

Sums it up

Not really, since I'm not the one jumping into every thread about race and using outdated slang to try and make a point. Not to mention the participation in threads talking about Islam, it says a lot more about you than it does me.
