Hi everyone,

I already got my NOA2 and I'm starting to gather the next package of information I need.... but I'm unsure if we should have a co sponsor or not.

My fiance hasn't been living in the US for the past year because he was living in Colombia with me, so he doesn't have a job in the US but he's starting to apply.

He does have the last 3 tax returns and he was making way more than the poverty line, he also have some stocks in the market and some savings in his bank account.

Do you think we will need a co sponsor?

Oh that's great!!! I was also worried that they might say something about him living abroad for 1 year...

With no income, your fiance will need to have $60,000 (3x $20,000) to petition for you without a co-sponsor. He can count his stocks and savings. He can not count his home and one car.
