The USCIS on-line case status didn't work for me on I-129F (K3): it has never been updated. As a matter of fact, it still shows that the petition is being processed, although it has been approved a few months ago nw! The USCIS on-line case status was updated for the I-130 petition though. I suppose different people handle different hings... Who knows?

Satisfaction, thank for the encouragement..............the whole point is that 45 days has long since passed, and the processing time has stood still 45 days we can all live with, that's not what's happening here. The other point is that the I-129f reference is not recognised at all, let alone not being updated.........a double wammy! Yes, ther light at the distant end of the tunnel will get brighter..........somebody tell me when.
