Just wondering what the average time to receive the NOA2 is. My receipt date is Feb.9/06. I've been touched 4 times and NO approval... Is this normal? Should I be worried? Starting to lose my cool !!!!!

Also how long from the time your receive package three to the interview. Going through Montreal. thanks needs some reassurance

Hi there,

I am also waiting on my NOA2 for my 129F. My timeline is very similar to your if not identical. I am going through the California Service center. As of March 7th 2006 the National benefits center was processing 129F applications with received dates of January 30 2006. So that means they should be processing our 129F soon and should get our NOA2's by end of this week or next week sometime.

I hope this helps

Tony

It is frustrating and I often have a vent about it but there is not a darn thing we can do but sit and wait and I have been waiting over 6 months now and my bum is getting sore

My receipt date is Jan 30, 2006 and i have still not heard anything yet. Furthermore, my case is not even listed online, so i cannot even track it. Have tried calling them numerous time but never got any good help. There is a long list of frustrated people here and like everyone else i am losing my cool too. I hate to be on others' mercy.

You are so right. You know it's ironice that "Married My Love" has the same date as you and they can now go online and see that their's has been approved, but what's even more ironic is that they are going to Canada and she doesn't need it.

These people know that they have us by the cajones and they can sense the desperation in our voices when we call, but they still make us dance on the string. I believe that they get someo sort of perversed pleasure out of it the &%$#@&

I agree with wmhurd 100%. I wish applications were handled more humanely. Most of us on this forum love our fiances/spouses dearly and we want to be with them as soon as possible. I understand it takes some time to prcess all the applications but it gets very frustrating when you don't know what is happening and what is the timeline. Anyhow, it's obvious i am running out of patience but i have no choice but to wait.

Congrats to anyone that recieved their approvals.

Good Luck to Everyone

it is soooo frustrating, im waiting also for the noa2. it seems rediculous in this computer age they cant do ma simple thing like that without waiting several months or much more...i have called every customer service line, emailed every office, and we are totally powerless to force any faster action ourselves.

know it may not help but ust wanted you to know you are not alone. i spend 4 to 8 hours a day on the net researching this whole ball of confusion and the only thing i found was a senators contact page. i wrote 20 and 5 answered me back with a downloadablew form to request asistance formally, from them...

heres the link

Senator Nelson, please use the form on his Web site: http://billnelson.senate.gov/contact/index.cfm#email

good luck, hope it gets faster for you...muy solo
