Hi all. My US citizen partner and I will be marrying in September, and although I have been residing in the US as an f-1 student (never violated status or overstayed etc.) for the past 8 years, I'm finishing my last semester of grad school online from my home country while we send in the I-130 and go for the CR1 consular route (my partner lives abroad in my country as well, though she has evidence of domicile back home and we'll be moving to the US together so I don't think we'll have a problem there). I think I have everything in order but I'll very much appreciate being told by some of you that all looks good. So:

Because we have 35 years of age difference (she is older), we want to have an abundance of proof when it comes to establishing bona fide marriage and a history of our relationship. We have fb chat logs starting from 2012 to demonstrate a progression of friendship (we became a couple at the end of last year). We have talked every single day for the past year so we have thousands of pages if need be, and she will be writing a cover letter explaining how we met, progressed, etc. with excerpts of our conversations when filing the I-130.

Aside from the chat logs, I'm getting a life insurance policy for myself, listing her as the beneficiary. I'm also going to get a will notarized, showing her as the beneficiary, and we will be transferring my official residence record to her house here so we'll have proof of common address. We're also getting a common bank account and a shared credit card. Our only weakness is pictures- we only have a few, even though we've been living together since I flew back for the summer break, but she has lots of pictures taken with my family, parents etc over these past few years so we'll use those as well.

Does anyone think we're forgetting anything important? We want to send in a strong I-130 package to avoid any RFEs or delays. Thanks in advance!

Well you are living together so that's your strongest evidence time together. When you get married I hope you plan to take pictures that helps Especially photos with friends and family. You still have a few months before you send your petition so alot of time to take pics
