NVC Received My CASE, what to prepare next?

I called NVC today to check if they got my case from USCIS, yes they just got it today from NOA2 (JUNE 9, 2016). I got the Case number and invoice #.

1.)Can I book a medical appointment now?

2.) How many days should i wait for the email or notification from nvc?

3.) What are the preparation/documents needed for the medical?

3.) What are the documents needed for interview?

Congrats so happy for you my NOA2 is from the same day as yours so I'm calling Nvc now to see if mine was approve crossing my fingers ;)

The guides here though very good at best but do not cover every situation that one Embassy requires and another does not.

AOS March 5, 2014 Submitted AOS with EAD/AP package to Chicago USICS

Delivered March 8, 2014 AOS packaged delivered to USCIS drop box

Accepted March 19, 2014 Text message with receipt numbers

Biometrics April 16, 2014 Biometrics completed

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

For the actual visa application process in the Philippines the guides on VJ are of little value. Follow the links that Greenbaum gave you earlier. Then jump over to the Philippines forum with the link in Greenbaum's post... make that forum your new "home"

How long it take you to NOA 1 to NOA 2 and to NOA2 to NVC PLEASE.

NOA 1 to NOA 2 can take 30 to 45 days but they advertise that it can take up to 5 months.

NOA2 to NVC can take 2 weeks but recently it's been taking more then 6 weeks.

Your milage may vary.

This is a process that takes a lot of patience.
