Plenty of people want it, that's why it exists and accepts international students.

It seems the american dream is not for me, then...

No money, no unique ability, no green card...

I've been through it, I came to the US as a student, I know how this works, and now I try to help people trying to do the same. But I'm not going to egg on people who think immigration should bend to work their way when it just doesn't.

Italy still qualifies for diversity visa lottery...  hasn't been removed as an option yet. New entry period should be coming up in October/November.
