We're not here to give you confidence, we're here to inform you of facts and how the system works.

I've been through it, I came to the US as a student, I know how this works, and now I try to help people trying to do the same. But I'm not going to egg on people who think immigration should bend to work their way when it just doesn't.

Italy still qualifies for diversity visa lottery...  hasn't been removed as an option yet. New entry period should be coming up in October/November.
