Hi everyone i need information..last week we went to interview at sydney embassy for my husband visa E3 and me E3D..the VO said the visa been approved,he took both passport few days latter my husband had the passport back and i checked online my passport still at the embassy,they sent the email asking extra worksheet about my sibling name etc because my passport are Indonesian passport..now the status under administrative processing,my concern is do they will reject my visa ?? and how long the administrative processing visa took ?? Thank you

So you are Indonesian? Why the issue with your sibling's name?

I guess technically they can reject you but based on the limited information you have given I cannot see why

The interviewing consular officer determined that further administrative processing was required

1. LIST EVERY COUNTRY YOU HAVE VISITED IN THE LAST 15 YEARS That is, please list the country, the reason you traveled to each country, and also provide the arrival and departure dates.

2. LIST ALL YOUR SIBLINGS (BROTHERS AND SISTERS), IF APPLICABLE - Please provide full names, date of birth, and if they are male or female.

3. LIST ALL YOUR CHILDREN, IF APPLICABLE - Please provide full names, date of birth, and if they are male or female.

4. LIST YOUR CURRENT AND FORMER SPOUSES, IF APPLICABLE - Please provide full names, date of birth, and if they are male or female.

5. LIST ALL THE ADDRESSES YOU HAVE LIVED AT FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS Please detail the address, and provide the TO & FROM dates in which you resided at each address.

6. LIST THE DETAILS FOR ALL PRIOR PASSPORTS YOU HAVE HELD Please list the passport country, the passport number, issuance and expiry dates.

7. LIST YOUR COMPLETE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS Please detail who your employer was/is, provide the TO & FROM dates in which you were employed at each job, your job title, and a brief position description.

( They ask all this detail ) we already sent all the detail back to them,they said took 60 days to process

How many days it took you to receive your passport? I have heard that it's closer to 2 weeks for E3 visa at the moment instead of the usual 3 days. Has anyone been for their interview in Sydney in the past few months?
