How much material should I submit with my I-130 application showing the gathered evidence of my marriage being bonafied? My husband and I have a whole binder full of material/information. The J section on the instructions are rather vague and leaves me questioning:

Form I-130 Instructions 03/23/15 Y Page 3
J.
J. Any other relevant documentation to establish that
there is an ongoing marital union.
Are we going to be instructed to submit this material at a later time than the initial I-130 application submission? Thank you for your time and assistance,
Sweetsun

hi

a binder is too much for the i130, the beneficiary will have to prove bona fide marriage at the interview stage

for now you can send some things, such as 4 or 5 photos, proof of joint bank account or any other proof of co mingling of finances, lease together, car insurance

Damnnn 2 months ? Newark office ?

I send a big package, even like 100 pictures. I think the more you have to proof the fastest the case goes. I started my case on May and already have scheduled the interview for the green card this month. only 2 months.
