Two (possibly dumb) questions about the DS-160

Hey all :) I'm totally ahead of myself here but I'm trying to be as prepared as I possibly can be for everything that's to come in this process. I decided to check out this (apparently super-frustrating!) online DS-160 form to get an idea of what's on it. Seems pretty straight forward, but I did bump into two questions about my situation that made me pause and scratch my head.

1) The form asks you for "other persons travelling with you." Can I safely assume this is only if you were bringing family/dependents with you who intend to immigrate, and not who will actually be with you at the POE on moving to the US, if their intent is not immigration? My plan is to drive to my fiancé's, and my mother is coming with to take turns driving and also to attend the wedding before she takes a flight back home to Canada. I'm probably over thinking this. But it's a weird question! Lol

2) This is the one that really freaked me out. Now I know the DS-160 is used for all sorts of visa applications and not just for permanent immigration intent so I'm hoping I'm looking at this the right way. Right at the very end, amongst all the obvious disqualifying questions about breaking laws, being deported, torture, murder, all that jazz....

"Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the United States but have not yet

received certification on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved

independent credentialing organization?"

Yes... But no? I'm a licensed practical nurse in Canada, but my intent of my visa is for marriage and then subsequently living with my fiancé. I have zero intent of working in my field before I get all my credentials sorted and my state license and NCLEX exam and all that done. Which I can't really do before I go, alot of it is in-person. I will get it all done, yes, but looking at the question as plainly as it's written, is making me spaz out. It sounds like I'll be lying to say no but I'm assuming this is one of those disqualifying questions too if I intended to practice without a license, not just the fact I don't have a valid US one yet?

Thanks in advance!

1) You're correct

2) no, if you intent to work in the USA as a nurse but don't have the credentials yet, then answer yes and explain that you intend to get all credentials before working.

It's not a disqualifying question.
