Hey guys! Don't worry, it's on it's way.

My EAD/AP got approved on 13 October. The case updated on 27 October to "Card Was Mailed To Me" (exactly two weeks to the day it was approved) and then I received my card in the post yesterday (31 October). So it takes around 2-2 and a half weeks from approval to being in your hand.

These waits do suck and are frustrating I know :clock:

:( ok two weeks would be Nov 4th.. so 4th to 9th I should expect the card mailed, according to your experience. I'll try to relax until the 9th then :( ... Thank you for this. It really is such a lengthy process, then we would have to wait for the social ... and then once we have the social in hand then we can properly get situated and be hired :( .. at this rate I probably wont be hired before the year is up :( ...

Anyone still stuck on "case was received" and "fingerprint fee was received" for the I-485 and I-130?

No sign of an interview in sight :(

I believe all of us are...

The I-130 takes 5-6 months, so December/January we should be seeing ready for interview or denied etc...

I assume that we would be receiving our interviews for like by May 2017.... that's my assumption based on the processing times provided.

I know, it's so frustrating. I don't think I will have a job until next year now either but luckily I think we can manage without me working until then. Just think... next year, this will all be a distant memory! It really is just a slow waiting game. But hey! we all made it this far! I can't imagine a time when I won't be waiting for documents haha!

I know, it's so frustrating. I don't think I will have a job until next year now either but luckily I think we can manage without me working until then. my EAD/AP was approved on Oct. 14th, on Oct. 28th it was updated to " you card was mailed " .

i didnt get any updates with a tracking number , but i just received a text and email from MYUSPS and i have a delivery from Kansas, MO that will be delivered on Nov. 2.... whoowhoo i will get my EAD/AP Card tomorrow

My EAD status is stuck at Card is being produced since the day of the biometrics appointment on the 27th of October.... I'm very disappointed I thought it'd move fast considering that my biometrics took forever to be scheduled :(

Once it has been 75 days and you havent gotten an approval or decision you can contact them and have them assign an officer to your case. Sorry that you are more frustrated than I am.

I am adjusting from B1/B2 and interview is mandatory. Our interview is scheduled on Nov 3 and we are in CA. Hope everything go smoothly.

:idea: May 31,2011-we met thru a common friend in FB (we've been bestfriends since then)

(L) March 16,2015- we got married in the Philippines

Our AOS Journey:

March 1,2016 - I arrived in the US with a B2 visa (visitor)

Day 00: August 4,2016 - we submitted our AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765) (USPS Priority Mail)

Day 0: August 8, 2016 - Package arrived at USCIS Chicago Lockbox

Day 1: August 9, 2016 - Received date in NOA (Form I-797C, Notice of Action)

Day 9: August 17, 2016 - Notice date of NOAs

Day 11: August 19, 2016 (12:26am) - received email notifications that our application has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.

Day 13: August 21, 2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts.

Day 14: August 22,2016 - got hard copies of NOAs on the mail. Notice date is August 17, 2016.
Day 44: September 21,2016 - called USCIS to follow up my biometrics letter. I was given a referral number & was advised to wait & call again after 30 days if biometrics don't arrived. (30 days should be October 21).

Day 67: October 14,2016 - called USCIS again and request to talked to a tier 2. Tier 2 made request and sent it to my local office. Advised to call back again on the 29th if the biometrics letter don't arrive.

Day 84: October 31,2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail (finally! Almost 2 months from NOA 1 date)

Day 88: November 4,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Case was Approved' on October 31.

Day 91: November 7,2016 - received EAD approval notice in the mail

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Day 102: November 18,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Mailed to Me'

Day 106: November 22,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office' and found it in the mailbox! :)

Day 112: November 28,2016 - Applied for SSN

Day 118: December 3,2016 - SS card received in the mailbox :)

Day 172: January 27, 2017 - Received a text message from USCIS that there is a change in my case. I now have a schedule for interview and it's on March 2!

Day 175: January 30, 2017 - Received the Interview Appointment letter in the Mail! :) 

Day 206: March 2, 2017 - Interview schedule.

9/17: Received RFIE (needs a cosponsor)

9/23: Mailed back RFIE

9/27: Case update: RFIE received by USCIS and case resumed

10/3: Created SR for my EAD as it's been 75 days.

10/14: Contacted congressman office to inquiry/expedite

10/19: EAD card ordered, AP approved

11/1: EAD/AP was mailed

11/3: EAD/AP received

11/4: Applied for SSN

12/2: SSN card received

12/2: Applied and got learner license

8/14/17: Got email/txt for interview scheduled Sept 19

9/19/17: Interview

9/23/17: received approval notice and GC in the mail

My EAD was mailed today!!!

So glad!!!

It took roughly 2 weeks to change to "Card Was Mailed" from "Card Is Being Produced" . Too slow!

I got an update that my ead was mailes today. When will i get the tracking number for it?

I am not even surprised :D No tracking number for me either.

Yeah! I can't believe it! Last month was too painful for us.

I am going to use a tracking app too. But I am not sure if they will update the status with tracking number. Let me know if you will get one.
