i never got an EAD :( i sent mine to Lee's Summit Missouri. I really don't care about the EAD honestly, I just want everything to go smoothl. RFE's are of the devil !

Yeah, me too. Greencard is what matters most. It's just that we can get started based on the EAD.

My AP receipt numbers are now working showing it's approved today 10/19, exactly 3 months from application received.

i485-i130-i765-i131 packages for spouse/child

7/18: Mailed packages to Chicago lockbox

7/19: Received by USCIS

7/26: Received 8 text/email NOAs

7/27: Checks cashed
7/30: Received 8 hard copy NOAs

8/6: Bio letter received

8/8: Bio done

9/10: Case updated that RFIE was mailed regarding i485

9/17: Received RFIE (needs a cosponsor)

9/23: Mailed back RFIE

9/27: Case update: RFIE received by USCIS and case resumed

10/3: Created SR for my EAD as it's been 75 days.

10/14: Contacted congressman office to inquiry/expedite

10/19: EAD card ordered, AP approved

11/1: EAD/AP was mailed

11/3: EAD/AP received

11/4: Applied for SSN

12/2: SSN card received

12/2: Applied and got learner license

8/14/17: Got email/txt for interview scheduled Sept 19

9/19/17: Interview

9/23/17: received approval notice and GC in the mail

Hello everyone, since 22 of august I see status "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" for my green card. My question is when waiting time becomes abnormal and I should call to USCIS?

When I talked to the officer at InfoPass appointment in September (my case updated to that status on September 6) she told that I should get back to her in the end of November if the status will not change. So, I guess, 60-90 days?

I got my approved notice on October 3rd. Haven't heard anything else yet except hard copies in the mail several days ago.

I'm not worried tho. I've been enjoying my reading and studying pretty well. So I hope you are doing great too! It will come in the end.

No. the waiting should be based on the processing time posted on their website. Check on what is your field office and what date they're processing, if it's after your receipt date, you should have an interview date already and can get a service request
