Thank you! It is surprising! I just got a letter saying that my case will be delayed due to overload of work in my area like last week. I was hopeless until now. So everything can happen, I guess.

14 August 2015 : Mailed I-129F through USPS express service

02 September 2015 : Received NOA1 hard copy by mail.

05 October 2015 : Case number was assigned.

20 October 2015 : Packet 3 arrived in my hand.

03 November 2015 : Got Packet 4 e-mail from Bangkok embassy about the interview date.

18 November 2015 : Visa interview and it was approved!

20 November 2015 : Got documents and a passport with K1 Visa back in my hands

I'm happy to finally say that the status today finally switched to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED!!! I'm so glad to see the finish line after all this struggle! well at least there will be no more of this

Exactly 14 calendar days after EAD was being produced and approved (September 23rd), we finally got a status change to "My Card was Mailed to Me." This happened just 15 minutes ago. Looking forward to getting that EAD in the mail!

07/19/2016 Sent via USPS Express Mail I-130, I-485, I-765, G-1145, I-693, I-864, G-325A to Chicago Lockbox (Physical Address)

07/20/2016 Above received by USCIS

07/28/2016 Three emails and three text messages received approximately at 12:30 a.m.

07/28/2016 All three (3) checks cashed by U.S. Department of Homeland Security

08/01/2016 NOA1s received in the mail for I-130, I-485, I-765 (each dated 07/26/2016)

08/06/2016 Received Biometrics appointment for West Palm Beach on August 15th. The letter was dated 07/29/2016

08/15/2016 Went to Biometrics appointment at West Palm Beach (in and out in 20 minutes)

09/15/2016 Texts & E-mails received stating that 'Name was Updated.' (They had left out an apostrophe in our last name.)

09/23/2016 Text received. EAD (I-765) is being produced.

09/23/2016 Text received. EAD (I-765) is approved.

09/29/2016 EAD (I-765) approval notice received in mail.

10/13/2016 Went to local Social Security Field office in South Palm Beach County to request new Social Security Card. The DHS verification system was down and was unable to immediately verify employment status.

03/06/2017 Received letter dated 02/28/17 from USCIS for Initial Interview on 04/06/2017 in the West Palm Beach, FL Field Office. No change in online case status.

Today I got a mail saying my fingerprint was not taken correctly so I have to come in again. Sigh... When I was doing my fingerprint I saw red light going on for one of my fingers and asked that this doesnt look like it went thru. The agent said its good and done.. this is what i get now...

well it is obvious that it got delayed for at least one month more... I will walk in tomorrow earliest in the morning to redo my biometrics..

I am glad that I was able to find out through e-request. If I didn't do the e-request, I don't know how long it would have been taken for them to just find out there was an error with my bio..thank you tho

No one is writing here anymore? lol

I visited immigration support center today to redo my fingerprint (since i got a letter that my fingerprint didn't go through correctly....) and they said they are completely overbooked due to holiday yesterday. The officer advised to return this Friday. My appointment was given Thurs 10/20 but I will walk in once again this Friday and see what happens... sigh anyone here who is redoing the fingerprint? Maybe God is telling me to pray..

Nothing has changed, click to update our status 3x a day but it still hasn't changed.

On the brightside we did walk in for her fingerprint scan for her Ap. So biometric number 2 is out of the way

Early walk-in bio was done August 1st... -_--_-

We are on day 82 now. We have a RFIE so it may set it back sometime. :(

We bought tickets to fly home on Dec 11 so hopefully we will get EAD/AP by then.

2 more to go and I'm getting restless seeing most people here already got their EAD.

It should be in your mailbox as that status means the postman delivered it.

yay!! thanks! I went to check our mailbox and finally I got my Combo Card, it was in Priority Mail Envelope. Is there anyone here knows what are the requirements if I will go to SSN Office to change my last name? My SSN Card is under my maiden name and would like to change it to my married name.
