I've noticed cases are going faster these past few months, but it's always best to expect a longer wait and be pleasantly surprised when it takes less time, than want it to go very fast and be disappointed that takes longer.

Hopefully like the other poster shared, you'll get your interview soon. Good luck!

I agree. That's what my husband always tells me----lower your expectations.

Thanks. Good luck on your interview. :)

Oh, thank you. I already had the interview last month. Approved and have my green card for a couple weeks now - what a relief to put the aos behind.

Good luck to everyone who is preparing for interviews!

I'm in NYC and my I-485 and I-130 are still at fingerprint fee received/case received. Anyone in New York with more advanced updates?

Green Card approved! Tough interviewing officer, but good to have all my documents with me and she was very interested in my photo album (created on detailing our lives over last 5 years). She was also interested in our previous Landlord's letters verifying we were a bona fide couple. Of course having our baby with us proves we are a real couple as well. What a long journey this has been! Can't wait to receive 10 year GC!!!

7/8/2016: Fedexed application package

7/11/2016: I-485, I-765, and I-131 received by USCIS

7/14/2016: USCIS accepted the fingerprint fee for Form I-485

7/23/2016: Notice for Biometrics appointment for 8/11/2016

8/5/2016: Successful walk-in for biometrics in Birmingham AL

9/3/2016: Received Interview Notice for registering as permanent resident in the mail on 10/5/2016. (Text message received on 9/5/16)

9/21/2016 : Status change to "EAD card is being produced". received text message.

10/5/2016: Interview for AOS. Approved for Green Card! (interview lady was thorough)

10/5/2016 1pm:Text message notice "New Card is Being Produced" for Green Card.

10/5/2016 3pm: EAD mailed to me

10/5/2016 9pm: AOS / GC approved

10/7/2016: Combo card received

10/13/2016 : Green Card received

Ain't it funny now how worried I was in July?

My husbans and I filed mine at the last week of August, I guess the Los Angeles office is working fast. A lot of people who filed in the LA area is having their cases scheduled for interview already. Your's should come soon.

? Good luck to all of us!

Congratulations... I live in Orange county, CA. I filed mine in July and still haven't received my combo cards...

Maybe it is becuz my husband is greencard holder not a citizen..

How about the combo cards? did you already receive those?

if you did a e-request, it appears in your USCIS account. You have to create a USCIS user id and password and add your case numbers to your uscis account.

Thank you! ?I'm not sure but is it past the 75 days? I filed my ead with our I-485 & I-130 but my EAD was rejected the first time because I did not sign it. I refiled and the acceptance date is 08/15, my EAD should come the first week of November.

And my I-485 & I-765 case numbers are working but I-130 is always error. Should I be concerned about it?

If you already have the interview date scheduled, i believe it is fine... or you can give them a call to make sure.
