sooo seems like my case is going slower than it should be in comparison to July filers even though I filed it July 5th. Even after calling them about the biometrics and submitting a request for it thinking it was lost in the mail, they sent me a package with all the papers they sent so far RFE and receipts. So I guess the Biometrics letter has not been sent to me yet for whatever reason. This is getting really stressful really fast I should at least have an appointment set by now :(

I wonder what the problem is...

So sorry to hear that... possibly because of the RFIE? I would assume that's not why as other people have gotten the bio letter and then RFIE later....

I got offered a job (yay!!) but I don't have my card in hand as yet, just the approval notice. Has anyone been hired with just the approval? Is there anyway to get them to speed up sending me the card now that I have a job offer? I feel much more comfortable telling an employer that I have the actual card than just the approval.

Congrats! I got the approval notice too. Someone said here that the card was required by their employer to start the job. You should call USCIS to ask if they can speed up the process now that you have a job offer

Hello, I have a question, what if my husband's friend uses our (me and my husband's apartment) address as a mailing address for his government stuff for years, would that be a problem? Because me and my husband are household of 2, and we filled out uscis application I-864 like household of 2. We don't want his friend as one more household member.

My question is - The interview letter says "Initial Interview". Is this normal to have the word "initial there"?

I did too just now. Please share with me if you get update! I will too.

All my case was received on July 18th 2016.

I did not get bio letter for so long so requested for a infopass on 9/21/16.

Luckily I was able to do bio on the same day.

Today 10/3/16 no updates on EAD/AP. Since it has been over 75 days from 7/1/16. I e-requested for update. Please share if you have the same case!

You should add your timelines to your profile or signature so we can better keep track of everything.

As you can see, I have the same received date like yours but was able to do bio very early. On the other hand, I had a RFIE which may delay my EAD/AP process.

Did your EAD/AP/130 case numbers ever working? Only case number works so far for me is the 485.

I just added my timeline. I didn't know how to do it before. All case numbers work for me on USCIS website.

For I-485, it says Fingerprint fee received (7/22/16)

For I-765/I-131, it says case received (7/18/16)

And again, my fingerprint was done on 9/21/16 the same day when I walked in for a infopass.

Today I e-requested for review on my i-765 as it has been over 75 days.
