I submitted last 3 years tax return. My last year had a business loss so the income is effectively 0. I used my assets to make up for it.

my 2016 income is 60K but I only submitted last 3 paystubs April/May/Jun.

I just asked my accountant to provide 3 more paystub (July/Aug/Sep). The total of the last 6 paystubs is 60K. That should meet the requirement, don't you think?

Or do you think I should still get a co-sponsor?

the last two years of income just to see if you're steady with your income but the third / newest tax is the most important

I'm self employed and pay my own salary.

I have assets that >$100K

I do not want to look for help from another co-sponsor if I can show that I make more than the poverty line.

It seems to me USCIS wants me to get a co-sponsor since it's easier for them.

7/19: Received by USCIS

7/26: Received 8 text/email NOAs

7/27: Checks cashed
7/30: Received 8 hard copy NOAs

8/6: Bio letter received

8/8: Bio done

9/10: Case updated that RFIE was mailed regarding i485

9/17: Received RFIE (needs a cosponsor)

9/23: Mailed back RFIE

9/27: Case update: RFIE received by USCIS and case resumed

10/3: Created SR for my EAD as it's been 75 days.

10/14: Contacted congressman office to inquiry/expedite

10/19: EAD card ordered, AP approved

11/1: EAD/AP was mailed

11/3: EAD/AP received

11/4: Applied for SSN

12/2: SSN card received

12/2: Applied and got learner license

8/14/17: Got email/txt for interview scheduled Sept 19

9/19/17: Interview

9/23/17: received approval notice and GC in the mail

03/11/19: I751 sent to Phoenix, AZ.

03/12/19: Package delivered and signed for

03/19/19: The check was cashed. Text message was received couple hours later (#LIN)

03/22/19: Received NOA/18 months extended letter for GC

9/14/19: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Sep 25,2019

1/24/2020:  "New card is being produced"


AOS for K1

07/07/16: I-485, I-765, I-131 AOS Application sent to USCIS Chicago IL.

07/08/16: Package delivered

7/12/16: Electronic texts & email receiveds

7/15/16: 3 Hardcopy NOA1s received in the mailbox with dated July 11,2016

7/23/16: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Aug 4,2016

8/4/16: BIO is done at Denver USCIS support center

8/17/16: I485 changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" When????

9/12/16: EAD/AP status changed to New card is being produced ---> then EAD/AP approved same day

Aos interview 4/24/2017 --> approved on the spot. GC expire 4/24/2019

Just received my wife's green card yesterday . I'm glad this part is over , now on with our life's and hopefully in two years I hope no interview and get the 10 year green card without an interview like this time . Hope everyone gets their green card soon . It can be stressful but hang in there❤️

Congrats! We haven't heard anything since biometrics August 5th... word on the street it could mean interview is waived but I seesny of u who filed after us already getting those approvals...I'm expecting and RFIE.....

How is that relevant to us or anyone doing the AOS now?

I think It is relevant because it concerns our national security, with everything that is happening around us, the last thing we want to hear is another set of undocumented immigrants causing chaos and fear.

The article states: They approved immigrants from countries of concern to national security or with high rates of immigration fraud who had pending deportation orders.
