My EAD and AP have just been approved!!!!! Still not had my biometrics but got infopass tomorrow so I'm sure I can maybe ask to do them tomorrow? I feel all over the place as I've been so stressed today!!!

Does anyone receive a new update on EAD/AP? Mine it stay on approved since the 12 Sep. I'm waiting for it change to Card send to me.

03/03/2020: online submitted N400 application

03/11/19: I751 sent to Phoenix, AZ.

03/12/19: Package delivered and signed for

03/19/19: The check was cashed. Text message was received couple hours later (#LIN)

03/22/19: Received NOA/18 months extended letter for GC

9/14/19: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Sep 25,2019

1/24/2020:  "New card is being produced"

Ok Question time. This is our timeline so far. AOS filed 07/12 Biometics 08/11 We then mailed her EAD - AP in on 8/29. Today we got a NOA for another biometrics for her Employment authorization. Is that correct? There are two separate biometric needed?

Has anyone requested it be rescheduled, and if you did how many months away was it rescheduled? Thanks.

Hello everyone,

Infopass done said all is okay with my cases she gave me a letter for my biometics for the 28th of September but I kindly asked if I could do them today as my mother in law had taken time off to bring me and they let me do them today :) so all is good now to see if my biometrics appointment is in my mailbox at home and to wait for the approval notices for EAD/AP

11/03/2016: We had out interview in Los Angeles CA. Our IO said they don't normally approve on the spot anymore and she gave us a paper saying "your case is being held for interview". The IO also said she is new, therefore she need to talk to her supervisor. Additionally she showed us a pile of cases that is being held for review, so it looks like it will take a while to get an answer about our case.

11/07/2016: EAD card was mailed to me

11/09/2016: EAD card received. Applied for SSN, needs verification will take up to 4 weeks.

11/10/2016: went back to SSA office with my unexpired passport, got verified right away.

11/10/2016: SSN card received

12/28/2016: I-485 status updated to "New Card Being Produced",later in the day updated to "Case was approved"; I-130 status updated to "Case approved"

(1 month, 3 weeks & 4 days after the interview) & (5 months & 2 days after filing AOS)

1/03/2016: Receive I-797 approval letter for I-130 & I-485; status updated to "New Card Being Produced"

1/04/2016: Welcome letter received; status updated to "Card was Mailed"

1/06/2017: 2 year green card received :D

May I ask what you do to get the missing document mail back to you? I've been waiting for a month and there is jothing that the USCIS can do beside keep putting another service request for me.

How can you obtain DL? What state are u in. I'm in Colorado and they not allow me to get even an state ID. I need me to bring either AOS approval letter or EAD in order to give me an ID. My status still say Approved. It changed from Card being produced last 12 Sep to Approved to now. So weird

AOS for K1

07/07/16: I-485, I-765, I-131 AOS Application sent to USCIS Chicago IL.

07/08/16: Package delivered

7/12/16: Electronic texts & email receiveds

7/15/16: 3 Hardcopy NOA1s received in the mailbox with dated July 11,2016

7/23/16: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Aug 4,2016

8/4/16: BIO is done at Denver USCIS support center

8/17/16: I485 changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" When????

9/12/16: EAD/AP status changed to New card is being produced ---> then EAD/AP approved same day

9/16/16: EAD/AP Hard copy approval notices received. Card was mailed to me

9/23/16: EAD/AP combo card received

Aos interview 4/24/2017 --> approved on the spot. GC expire 4/24/2019

 

K-1 Journey:

1/18/16: I-129F Package sent via FedEx to Lewisville, TX

1/20/16: I-129F Package delivered

1/21/16: Electronic text & email received

1/22/16: NOA1 notice date (routed to CSC)

1/29/16: Hardcopy NOA1 received in the mailbox.

3/18/16: NOA2 received via text and email :dancing: :dancing:

4/6/16: NVC received

6/2/16: Interview day -->> Approved

6/12/16: Entered USA (POE Dallas/Texas)

6/14/16: Obtained marriage license at local COS office.

To my understanding biometrics is only for greencard

Ours was approved the 12 also and now says mailed as of an hour ago l!!! Good luck n congrats!

Biometrics is needed for both EAD and Greencard but they will use the biometics from the one appointment for both cards, it's best to speak to USCIS but it could be possible Terapin if you applied for EAD/AP separately they may want them again.

EAD/AP combo card in hand - 29th September 2016
AOS Interview - 21st December 2016 - Approved!!
Card Production ordered. - 21st December 2016
AOS status changed to "Card was mailed" - 27th December 2016

Recieved Greencard in the mail - 29th December 2016
