Congrats!!!! Same here for me. My both status changed to approved. Let see how long we have to wait to receive card. Hope you don't have to go for an interview

Hi, does any of you guys know how to request to speak to USCIS tier2 ? Any specific number of just the common 800-375-5283? My status have not changed for a month now need to call back sometimes this week. I called once and I think the person was just representative because all he can do was telling me to wait.

11/03/2016: We had out interview in Los Angeles CA. Our IO said they don't normally approve on the spot anymore and she gave us a paper saying "your case is being held for interview". The IO also said she is new, therefore she need to talk to her supervisor. Additionally she showed us a pile of cases that is being held for review, so it looks like it will take a while to get an answer about our case.

11/07/2016: EAD card was mailed to me

11/09/2016: EAD card received. Applied for SSN, needs verification will take up to 4 weeks.

11/10/2016: went back to SSA office with my unexpired passport, got verified right away.

11/10/2016: SSN card received

12/28/2016: I-485 status updated to "New Card Being Produced",later in the day updated to "Case was approved"; I-130 status updated to "Case approved"

(1 month, 3 weeks & 4 days after the interview) & (5 months & 2 days after filing AOS)

1/03/2016: Receive I-797 approval letter for I-130 & I-485; status updated to "New Card Being Produced"

1/04/2016: Welcome letter received; status updated to "Card was Mailed"

My interview will be this coming October 6. And actually two weeks ago my AP came in separately. It's a a paper. I didn't receive combo card tho.

This morning around 9:30 I got a notification on the USCIS app that my husband's I-485 was "New Card is Being Produced" as of September 9. WHAT?! That's crazy, we never even received a notice of approval! Didn't receive any email or text notifications and when I tried to check online, the case status checker was still down for me. I finally got an email with the same notification around like 1 p.m., then at about 7:30 tonight we got an email and notification on the app that his case status changed again to "Post Decision Activity" and "Case was Approved."

Cant believe this happened! Only just under 2 months and no interview! My husband can't wait to start working, he's been getting really anxious.

Good luck to everyone! Hope you all get good news soon!

Thanks Ken88!! Supposedly about 9 days.... Yes we're hoping no interview to! But no nothing since our biometric...day 63 got EAD/AP.... And people filing after you and i already getting GC approval.. So I'm doubtful we will bypass interview ?

Congratulations to everyone with approvals so far! I sent an email to the lock box ages ago as requested by USCIS when they couldn't find my case and today I actually got a reply for them which is strange!

Anyway part of the email says this;

"Please contact the USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC) by sending a request online or by calling at (800) 375-5283 to generate an inquiry with the National Benefits Center, where theyre currently processing your I-485, I-765, and I-131 cases, and request for further information on those cases and the biometric appointment"

I have an infopass appointment on Thursday but I'm worried as to what information they need on the cases and for biometrics? Any ideas? I'm worried that I'm going to have to start again or something, I hardly slept last night as I'm feeling anxious about the whole thing & I keep having dreams about being denied and deported! Silly I know, I just want it to be Thursday now!
