Great to see lot of movements for July filers. Hopefully many of use will get EAD/AP soon.

i485-i130-i765-i131 packages for spouse/child

7/18: Mailed packages to Chicago lockbox

7/19: Received by USCIS

7/26: Received 8 text/email NOAs

7/27: Checks cashed
7/30: Received 8 hard copy NOAs

8/6: Bio letter received

8/8: Bio done

9/10: Case updated that RFIE was mailed regarding i485

9/17: Received RFIE (needs a cosponsor)

9/23: Mailed back RFIE

9/27: Case update: RFIE received by USCIS and case resumed

10/3: Created SR for my EAD as it's been 75 days.

10/14: Contacted congressman office to inquiry/expedite

10/19: EAD card ordered, AP approved

11/1: EAD/AP was mailed

11/3: EAD/AP received

11/4: Applied for SSN

12/2: SSN card received

12/2: Applied and got learner license

8/14/17: Got email/txt for interview scheduled Sept 19

9/19/17: Interview

9/23/17: received approval notice and GC in the mail

I'm happy to finally say that the status today finally switched to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED!!! I'm so glad to see the finish line after all this struggle! well at least there will be no more of this

Mine is working the next day of receiving text message. But other still have not worked for months unless you call them after you finish your Bio to let them know.

Just checked and my case number is working showing that they mailed me a RFIE on 9/10 for my i-485. Case numbers for EAD/AP are not working yet.

Not sure what is missing.

Hello USCIS received my case on july 22nd and I havent got bio letter yet. Today i called them and talked to tier 2 rep. I did a service request for bio around 2 weeks ago but she said no bio request is showing on my account. So she did a service request for me to send out a bio letter. She said to wait for 2 weeks and if i still dont hear back, call again.. I hope bio letter come before my infopass appointment which is 9/21/16.

I hope you hear something soon!

Thank you YorkshiretoAZ, I logged into my USCIS account and it shows the service request referral number and says it will be process for bio date to be assigned; at least a little difference after i call in.

Case updated today: ready to be scheduled for an interview :) nothing on EAD yet.

About the same. I485 showing ready to be scheduled for an interview. My EAD has been approved and mailed out but haven't received it yet. Hopefully can get it today.

I finally can see my I-485 status online today. A interview is being scheduled...

I was hoping I can waive that interview process:(

Just checked my case status for I-485 it for the first time it works and says "case is ready for interview" I am so excited and happy but it seems to early and I also know my husband and I forgot to sign our G-325A but we both printed our name. Also I-765 receipt number is working but I-130 is not working.

12/18/2015: Got married to the love of my life (L)(L)(L)

07/26/2016 Mailed I-130,I-485 & I-765

07/27/2016 Delivered at Chicago Lock Box with signature confirmation

08/04/2016 Both checks are cashed

08/09/2016 Received NOA1 via text for I-130 & I-485

08/11/2016 Received NOA1 hard copy via mail for I-130 & I-485 (I-765 is rejected, forgot to sign)

08/12/2016 Mailed I-765

08/13/2016 Delivered at Chicago Lock Box

11/03/2016: We had out interview in Los Angeles CA. Our IO said they don't normally approve on the spot anymore and she gave us a paper saying "your case is being held for interview". The IO also said she is new, therefore she need to talk to her supervisor. Additionally she showed us a pile of cases that is being held for review, so it looks like it will take a while to get an answer about our case.

11/07/2016: EAD card was mailed to me

11/09/2016: EAD card received. Applied for SSN, needs verification will take up to 4 weeks.

11/10/2016: went back to SSA office with my unexpired passport, got verified right away.

11/10/2016: SSN card received

12/28/2016: I-485 status updated to "New Card Being Produced",later in the day updated to "Case was approved"; I-130 status updated to "Case approved"

(1 month, 3 weeks & 4 days after the interview) & (5 months & 2 days after filing AOS)

1/03/2016: Receive I-797 approval letter for I-130 & I-485; status updated to "New Card Being Produced"

1/04/2016: Welcome letter received; status updated to "Card was Mailed"

1/06/2017: 2 year green card received :D

Is it possible to have the interview wavied even if the status online states "ready to be scheduled for an interview"?

Wow.. My case updated online couple hours ago and I just received the letter in the mail with the instructions for the interview. USCIS is fast lol
