For me, I received the online update and e-mail that I had an RfE and then 6 six days later received the letter in the mail. I think they say that if you don't receive the letter within a month then you should submit an e-request online. We sent back the evidence and it was delivered a week ago. I haven't heard anything since so am hoping we will hear soon as I'm not patient! Good luck and I hope you get something in the mail shortly!

Not a fan of the post office. Lets see how much longer. Thanks so much for you response. Good luck to you as well!

I'm happy to finally say that the status today finally switched to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED!!! I'm so glad to see the finish line after all this struggle! well at least there will be no more of this

Mine is working the next day of receiving text message. But other still have not worked for months unless you call them after you finish your Bio to let them know.

Hi music. We just got a rfe today in the mail. The thing that's bothering me, is they are requesting my tax returns. I know we submitted them with the application.

Bio. Appt. : Aug 11

RFE #2 NOV 5 (114 days)
RFE hardcopy arrived Nov 9 2016

Had 3025 transcribed by a civil surgeon.

Me either....it took a week for me to receive mine...the wait is so painful and now I get to wait to see if they want anything else..just when I thought I would be close to having this stressful part done. Chin up, it will get here in no time a all. Praying for all of us to have smoothe sailing from here on out!!

Hey guys! I hope everyone has a great week and good things start rolling in with cases! I'm still awaiting my biometics letter, it's been a week since I spoke to USCIS on the phone and got told my case should be assigned a date for biometrics soon so I am hoping I hear something this week!

Hey guys! I hope everyone has a great week and good things start rolling in with cases! I'm still awaiting my biometics letter, it's been a week since I spoke to USCIS on the phone and got told my case should be assigned a date for biometrics soon so I am hoping I hear something this week!

08/12/2016 - Get 3 NOA's in the post with the filing date 07/29/2016 and the NOA date 08/05/2016

08/19/2016 - Get biometrics appointment letter in the post. Scheduled for 08/29/2016 at 1:00pm

08/29/2016 - Biometrics appointment done - quick and easy!

10/13/2016 - EAD and AP approved!
10/27/2016 - EAD status updated to "Card Mailed To Me".

Hi music. We just got a rfe today in the mail. The thing that's bothering me, is they are requesting my tax returns. I know we submitted them with the application.

This sucks :( Unfortunately, USCIS can lose paperwork at any time. Just send them over again, maybe write a letter explaining you did add them in the original package as well. I'd give them your email address and phone number on the letter to reach you direct. Best to be over prepared and give them as much information as possible. I'm sorry this happened to you.

So, I've got my three case numbers and had my biometrics done. The case numbers are still not working. Is there a way to get them working? or do I have to ring up USCIS to get any updates? I understand this subject has been spoken about in this thread but there are now so many posts to go through I thought I may as well ask the question. Thanks everyone! <3

Online case status just working. 60 days from Receipt. only 130/485 working but AP and EAD still giving error.

Buo done 8/31, but status still not reflected online.

No RFE so far, hope there is none, as I fouble checked my forms and attachments.
