Hey everyone!

So I have been stalking this page for a while and finally created a profile. I am a July AOS filer adjusting from H1b. I filled concurrently in July and have a July 5th PD. I am based in NYC and did my bio walk in on July 25th. Since then I haven't seen any movement. Glad to be a part of this group! I find solace in knwing that I am not the only 1 constantly refreshing the USCIS page, checking the mailbox and religiously checking all threads and blogs.

I'm happy to finally say that the status today finally switched to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED!!! I'm so glad to see the finish line after all this struggle! well at least there will be no more of this

Mine is working the next day of receiving text message. But other still have not worked for months unless you call them after you finish your Bio to let them know.

Hi all, I'm so excited to let you guys now that my I485 case status changed from received to ready to schedule for an interview at Ausgust 17. I don't know how long it take for actual interview. But so far so good

N400 (Open window 1/24/2020)

03/03/2020: online submitted N400 application

 

ROC I-751 (Open window 1/24/2019)

03/11/19: I751 sent to Phoenix, AZ.

03/12/19: Package delivered and signed for

03/19/19: The check was cashed. Text message was received couple hours later (#LIN)

03/22/19: Received NOA/18 months extended letter for GC

9/14/19: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Sep 25,2019

1/24/2020:  "New card is being produced"


AOS for K1

07/07/16: I-485, I-765, I-131 AOS Application sent to USCIS Chicago IL.

07/08/16: Package delivered

7/12/16: Electronic texts & email receiveds

7/15/16: 3 Hardcopy NOA1s received in the mailbox with dated July 11,2016

7/23/16: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Aug 4,2016

8/4/16: BIO is done at Denver USCIS support center

8/17/16: I485 changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" When????

9/12/16: EAD/AP status changed to New card is being produced ---> then EAD/AP approved same day

9/16/16: EAD/AP Hard copy approval notices received. Card was mailed to me

9/23/16: EAD/AP combo card received

Aos interview 4/24/2017 --> approved on the spot. GC expire 4/24/2019

 

K-1 Journey:

1/18/16: I-129F Package sent via FedEx to Lewisville, TX

1/20/16: I-129F Package delivered

1/21/16: Electronic text & email received

1/22/16: NOA1 notice date (routed to CSC)

1/29/16: Hardcopy NOA1 received in the mailbox.

I'm a bit late to the game joining this group, sent my application away on June 29, but my NOA1 date is July 7!

I am so anxious to get my EAD specifically, unemployment is getting old really quick!

Thanks good luck. I'll definitely let you guys know if I have something new. I saw a lot of people have case number around me also have the status change. I did not receive any notifications via text or email or app track. I just check it manually on my phone via the app and saw the status change. You guys better give it a try

9/3/2016: Received Interview Notice for registering as permanent resident in the mail on 10/5/2016. (Text message received on 9/5/16)

9/21/2016 : Status change to "EAD card is being produced". received text message.

10/5/2016: Interview for AOS. Approved for Green Card! (interview lady was thorough)

10/5/2016 1pm:Text message notice "New Card is Being Produced" for Green Card.

11/03/2016: We had out interview in Los Angeles CA. Our IO said they don't normally approve on the spot anymore and she gave us a paper saying "your case is being held for interview". The IO also said she is new, therefore she need to talk to her supervisor. Additionally she showed us a pile of cases that is being held for review, so it looks like it will take a while to get an answer about our case.

11/07/2016: EAD card was mailed to me

11/09/2016: EAD card received. Applied for SSN, needs verification will take up to 4 weeks.

11/10/2016: went back to SSA office with my unexpired passport, got verified right away.

11/10/2016: SSN card received

12/28/2016: I-485 status updated to "New Card Being Produced",later in the day updated to "Case was approved"; I-130 status updated to "Case approved"

(1 month, 3 weeks & 4 days after the interview) & (5 months & 2 days after filing AOS)

1/03/2016: Receive I-797 approval letter for I-130 & I-485; status updated to "New Card Being Produced"

1/04/2016: Welcome letter received; status updated to "Card was Mailed"

1/06/2017: 2 year green card received :D

Went to the biometrics today in Elizabeth, NJ with my wife. Two hour wait. Don't bring any food. Bring a lot of quarters for the meters since its 25 cents for every 10 mins and don't use your phone. They will kick you out. It's really such a waste of time in that place. Thank god don't have to go there for another 5 years or so. And don't go early. They will tell you to come back.
