Hello fellow residency-seekers,

 

My husband received a Form I-797C, Notice of Action today, dated February 28, 2017, inviting him to the Initial Interview at the West Palm Beach, FL Field Office on April 6, 2017 at 10:30 am. Everything appears to be on time as the Processing Time website shows that as of December 30, 2016 West Palm Beach is processing I-485s received on June 24, 2016 (updated as of February 28, 2017). Our priority date is July 20, 2016.

Please note that there was no change in status on the online MyUSCIS website, but nevertheless, our interview is scheduled.

 

Passing these good vibes out to the rest of you July 2016 filers who are still waiting.....

But I would say this, if December they were processing June 24 2016, it means that January they were processing July, and February they were processing August and March they processing September... But February when they were processing August they sent you mail for your interview for April (next month)... makes me wonder since NYC is so backed up, december processing March 2016 (I had assume that I would be interviewed around may) but now I'm thinking it would be 3 months after based on your timeline... *still worrisome*  I really hope a year doesnt go by,.. now i'm just rambling.. Sorry

well it has to come from the local office... the service centers arent in control of the local office and how they process cases...

My service center is NBC too... Your timeline says february so you went over the year :(

Our interview letter has the return address of the NBC in Lee's Summit and is postmarked from 64063 (Missouri).
