Okay let us know how it went! Yes I have my interview next Monday, I'm getting kinda nervous because our income has changed. My husband was active duty military but he's now going to school full-time. We're still getting our benefits like housing allowance, so I've added proof of this 'income' to my map, as well as proof that I have a fulltime job now.

you ll be fine. your working to now, which helps.it ll all come out in the wash...lol

i went to my infopass today and everything's fine, the officer just told me they have all my aliases and it doesn't matter with my current name or current date, on the form i added that my spouse filed a petition for my new permanent residence card. she said that means they will see that i have got a new one. i asked about the case status updates online and she said the local offices cant update it, once something changes on a petition or form, it will be updated from the office where it is at the moment. i told her mine doesn't showing production but i was told by tier 2 that it was and she checked it and said , actually it is at the printer right now, i should get an update in a few days. usually when its mailed and i should have my card by the end of the week or beginning of next week

Hello:

USCIS received our AOS packet on July 23rd. In August we went to an office near Hartford, CT for biomechanicals.
My wife received the right to work card (EAP I think) in September. Since then, nothing.
Case status online for I-485 says they are still working on it..that message hasn't changed since July.
We didn't fill out any I-693 because I am hoping they have the medical stuff from Tokyo. My wife had a zillion vaccinations there before the K1 interview.
Anyway, wondering if we should do anything or just wait. Is it normal to wait this long?
I will say, since we're together and married now, this sucks a lot less than the K1 Visa approval process. :-)

Hi there, I also from K1 and did not have enough immunization shot but i did not get any RFE. My status stuck as ready for interview since August. So nothing we can do for now but waiting. BTW, holidays are coming so just forget everything and enjoy:) Cheer

Thanks folks for answering to my last post, I am extremely happy to see the update on my case yesterday morning that our interview is schedule for Jan 09, 2017. We send I-485 on on 22nd July, and also received RFIE but finally things are moving again.

i signed up on USPS checked notifications for email and texts. once uscis mail`s you a card and usps picks it up you will be notified, and you will be notified by usps every time you card gets scanned in or out until delivery

Congrats! I noticed in your profile on Dec7, you got text from myUSPS card was picked up.. wondering how could you check on this? There is no tracking# from USCIS online checking system..

Dec. 7th 2016 - Update on my Green Card, Text from MyUSPS " Card was Picked up", expected delivery date 12/10

i meant to write this in my last post but it wouldnt let me edit my post

also, sometimes the usps website may be down for maintenance or whatnot, then you can go to www.aftership.com sign up and see and get notifications from there, its best to sign up for usps first, once you have the first notification for your EAD/AP card or Green card( you will know if its send from kansas MO ), you need to copy the tracking number from the USPS then go to aftership paste the tracking number and it will be in there. that way if USPS is down you still get notified from aftership. thats what i did

10/28/2016: EAD card being produced

11/03/2016: We had out interview in Los Angeles CA. Our IO said they don't normally approve on the spot anymore and she gave us a paper saying "your case is being held for interview". The IO also said she is new, therefore she need to talk to her supervisor. Additionally she showed us a pile of cases that is being held for review, so it looks like it will take a while to get an answer about our case.

11/07/2016: EAD card was mailed to me

11/09/2016: EAD card received. Applied for SSN, needs verification will take up to 4 weeks.

11/10/2016: went back to SSA office with my unexpired passport, got verified right away.

11/10/2016: SSN card received

12/28/2016: I-485 status updated to "New Card Being Produced",later in the day updated to "Case was approved"; I-130 status updated to "Case approved"

(1 month, 3 weeks & 4 days after the interview) & (5 months & 2 days after filing AOS)

1/03/2016: Receive I-797 approval letter for I-130 & I-485; status updated to "New Card Being Produced"

1/04/2016: Welcome letter received; status updated to "Card was Mailed"

1/06/2017: 2 year green card received :D

where are you at ? when did yours get picked up ? it may not take that long. mine was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday but i got it today, 1 day after it was picked up
