Does anyone know why I don't seem to be getting online case updates?

I got a phone call to tell me of a forthcoming RFE and the letter came a few days later. Sent it back within 3 days but now, weeks later, there still has been no update to my case online. All other cases including K1 were updated almost immediately whenever anything changed.

I believe i read somewhere they only update when cases approved or if they sent the card

Does anyone here still waiting for the interview to be scheduled?. My status stuck at ready to schedule for an interview since August 17 and no interview date yet. Should I need to call tier 2 to ask them what happens instead of waiting? Btw, congrats everyone for the approval

Ok good! I'm happy that everything turned out fine :)

well i am still going to my infopass tomorrow just to make sure everything is ok, hence i had 2 text messages back to back for the I-485 this morning, but on the case status it only said approved ( No production yet ). about 30 minutes later i got a text for the I-130. so we ll see what that say tomorrow.... you only got another week to go , don't ya ?

Yeah I'm very unlucky because most K1 filer get green card w/o interview except me. I adjust from Colorado which is the slowest filed office in the US

is it really? I had to check, Nyc and denver colorado seems the same.. I thought NYC was the worst but i found out last week that nyc isnt...

I belived Denver is the worst. I heard Lot of people waiting for 9+ months and hear nothing so they have to renew their EAD. I'm so worrry about that but Hopefully we all get the date soon. But I don't think it will happen this year since a lot of holidays coming for the next couple weeks Edited by ken88

Still waiting. Field office is Pittsburgh which seems to be pretty backed up too

We're at Pittsburgh too! Looking at other people's time lines it seems to take 5-7 months at Pittsburgh. It's a long wait but at least we're with our husbands and wives now :)

06/30/2016- We got married!! (L)

07/19/2016 - Sent AOS, EAD, AP documents in the post with 2 day priority USPS

07/28/2016 - Package delivered very late as was delayed somewhere in transit

08/09/2016 - Text and email notifications starting at 12.41am (texts came first and then email).

08/12/2016 - Get 3 NOA's in the post with the filing date 07/29/2016 and the NOA date 08/05/2016

08/19/2016 - Get biometrics appointment letter in the post. Scheduled for 08/29/2016 at 1:00pm

08/29/2016 - Biometrics appointment done - quick and easy!

10/13/2016 - EAD and AP approved!
10/27/2016 - EAD status updated to "Card Mailed To Me".
10/31/2016 - EAD/AP combo card received in mail.

02/04/2017 - I-485 case status goes straight to "Card is being Produced" (Approved without interview). 

02/06/2017 - I-485 case status changes to "Case Approved"

02/07/2017 - I-485 case status changes to "Card was Mailed to Me".

Thanks.. this year has actually been great for me, probably the best year in over 20 years... I have been blessed so much.. i'm not at all pressed that my aos isnt going to go through before march/april 2017... the only thing that frustrates me a little bit is getting a job now so I can contribute, and we can get a house together .. pay off some debts.. and the reason im not pressed is because I know NYC takes a while... i'm fine with that.

well i am still going to my infopass tomorrow just to make sure everything is ok, hence i had 2 text messages back to back for the I-485 this morning, but on the case status it only said approved ( No production yet ). about 30 minutes later i got a text for the I-130. so we ll see what that say tomorrow.... you only got another week to go , don't ya ?

Okay let us know how it went! Yes I have my interview next Monday, I'm getting kinda nervous because our income has changed. My husband was active duty military but he's now going to school full-time. We're still getting our benefits like housing allowance, so I've added proof of this 'income' to my map, as well as proof that I have a fulltime job now.

Thanks.. this year has actually been great for me, probably the best year in over 20 years... I feel the opposite, haha.. Before I came here I knew that I'm going to give up my good life in my original country so after around 9 years discussion between me and my husband, I finally decided to come because I love him and we really want to live together. After I came here, the good thing is I can still work in my previous company.. the bad thing is the tax here is so high! And I have to rent an apartment in bay area because my husband is working in LA and it's so expensive! Plus my husband and I have to fly every week between LA and bay area... so I got less money left compare to my original country

Anyway, I got married! That's the most important thing:)
