Urgent, Aos package: is I-130 among it?

Timeline

I checked all the item on the Aos package and I did not see I-130. My wife caming to the states with her k1 visa. A friend of mine told I have to file I130 as well. I am confused. Thanks in advance

Dec 26/04 - Sent I-129F

Feb 2/05 - NOA1

March 6 - received Packet 3

April 15 - Interview in Casablanca, approved

June 28 - Arrive in the U.S. via JFK

Jul 7 - WE ARE MARRIED

AOS

Aug 13/05 - paperwork sent by USPS

Aug 22/05 - NOAs received for AOS ALL cheques cashed

Dec 12 Biometrics done

Dec 14 Work permit approved online

Aug 08/06 -Green card approved

Removing Conditioins

06/19/08 Mailed I-751

Your friend is wrong.

You married within the 90 days allowed. You would only have to submit an I-130 if you had not met the 90 day time limit to get married.

06/03/2008 Check Cleared

07/08/2008 INFOPASS (I-551 stamp)

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

04/28/2009 Card received in the mail

Timeline

I-130 is only submitted if you are adjusting from another type of visa other than K-1 or K-3, or if from K-1 but married later than the 90 day requirement of the K-1. So no I-130 required.
