the problem is i am worried about my wedding photos!!! i only have 2 photos with my husband ! i was wearing a white dress but he wore a normal outfit! he didnt wear a black suit which seems werid in the photos because i was married in a village so there weddings are alittle different ! im worried that that when filling form I-130 they might not belive he is my husband !! and only 1 picture i was with his mom and sister! after the wedding we went to the city and took nice pictures together and we also have about 10 of us together but with no family because they hated taking pictures? do you think that might effect him getting approved? i have marriage certficate and no bank joints because in my country we dont have any ! we just spend our money by the end of the month ! we lived together for 2 years before i came to America and i am now pregnent !

Wedding photos are just some of the evidence you can send for the i-130. Im sure you have other evidence that youve spent time together and talk on a regular basis? Look up the ez spouse guide on the wiki. There is a long list of potential evidence at the bottom. The marriage certificate proves you are married.

My husband and I wedding photos included two single shots - one of him and one of me. Not even together outside of IHOP - taken with our cell phones. We did have a portrait session later about two weeks later, but we don't technically have wedding photos - the usual standard I should say. I was in jeans and a black overcoat while my husband was in a thick brown jacket for our wedding - nothing formal at all. Lots of wedding photos are not necessary - show the few you have, include a short description of photo and there you go. Of course other photos should be included of any trips or time spent together.

Don't stress.

Your marriage certificate is your main proof. Many couples get married through the courthouse and may be wearing regular clothing. Show them the photos you do have. You'll be fine.
