Starting the DCF process, please help.

Hi! Me and my fiancee will get married this August and I'm wondering if I can file our I-130 (his and our daughter) as soon I get a copy of our MC in the LCR? NSO certificates takes 1-3 months from what I read online. Btw, I am a US citizen residing here for a few years now.

Can you share your experience in filing here in USCIS Manila office and what requirements did they ask from you?

Did they ask I-864 form?

How long did the process take before you got your visa?

I hope you can help me and give me some ideas.

You are referring to the Petition/Application for Alien Relative? the way I understand it..you will be filing this application after your marriage on August right?

Where will the marriage take place? Both of us are single and we'll get married this August. I am a US citizen while he is a Filipino. I heard the process is much shorter for DCF. I hope it's true! ☺️ Thank you!

DCF is really fast. We filed Feb 16 and got approved March 30. We could've finished the entire process in less than 3 weeks if we didn't slack...

Anyway here's what we did:

Is that the same everywhere?? I'm not in Manila but dr but me and my husband are expecting our first I'm just so anxious to get home but I didn't want to leave him unless I had too
