Why doesn't your friend just join the forum and give us details first hand? I find it hard to believe she is "too busy" to go on the internet.

Proof that she MUST return home. No her USC son is not proof of her ties to Poland. Its actually the opposite.

Why doesn't your friend just join the forum and give us details first hand? I find it hard to believe she is "too busy" to go on the internet.

I told her many times to post her case by herself but then i realize that taking care of 3yrs old baby plus doing final tesist is not as easy as STARING ON THIS FORUM all day. So far i've comunicate with her thru facebook messenger. If im lucky she'll respond my message in few hours but sometimes it took till the next morning (US time). Anyway i dont see any big deal whoever post topic on this forum. Because all we expected is just the "advice" not a "judgment"

any non-immigrant visa.

Keep in mind its a guideline, not a guarantee.

Also please be nice to the members who are helping you. Just because we have time to check the forum, doesn't mean that we're staring at it all day. Advice is best given directly to the person, vs playing "telephone" over a forum. ;)

I happen to check it on my breaks at work because I just finished reading a book and haven't found a new one yet.

Im not saying that everyone in this forum were staring all day on it. I just wanna making sure that not everyone can spend their time on internet so dont get me wrong!! Oh yea of course i always try to be nice and treat ppl like i wanna be treated ;)

But when it comes sarcastic respond then why i cant do the same?

Anyway i really appreciate to everyone who has respond on this topic. In the end she is the one who gonna make a decision if she come back for study or just stay in her country for good!!

My reply was in no way sarcastic. I was honestly asking why she didn't join the forum. The excuse that she is just too busy to find out about her immigration issues doesn't make sense. It would be more helpful to her to post exact details instead of relaying the story to you and then you relaying partial answers to her. I am trying to be helpful. No need for sarcasm.
