So I received my NOA2 June 8 and yes forum police I did try to update the timeline twice and it wont update. I then called NVC Thursday and got the case #. My fiancee and k2's paid the fees to BPI. Called embassy and they scheduled her for July 18th as in a couple weeks. Mt fiance went in yesterday and today and finished her medical. Next week she has her CFO seminar schedule but I feel like we are missing something but I am being told by NVC and Embassy we are doing great. Any thoughts. Seems to smooth.

Just follow the instructions as to what the embassy wants for interview / you should have gotten email or letter (goes to applicant not the beneficary)

does include criminal investigation report(s)

tax tax returns from IRS or certified

the proof of the relationship as needed (photos of fianance with you and you with fianancee family, emails, phone calls, passport stamps and proof you traveled to meet, etc)

Best of luck to you

I have not yet received anthing form the NVC or the Embassy that is why I was concerned. I got the MNL # and called the embassy and here we are with an interview in 2 weeks. Just surprised me with the speed after the slow process too date. Figured their had to be a catch.

Mailing from the Manila Embassy seems to take about a week or so (from what I've read on others' experiences). You should hopefully get everything you need in the mail this week. It's not as complicated of a process as our neurotic minds let it seem, is it?

Its never really been complicated to this point but the lack of logical process and timeliness combined with the idea it takes 20 minutes to adjudicate and 2 months to sit in a box to get to NOA2, that's my rub. It also seems USCIS and NV and the Embassy all have no understanding of what the other does as i was often given conflicting instructions hence my reservations here.

hello to you, seems like you are bit worried about the process... don't be. I think you are not missing something, you got your NOA2,fiancee done with medical and scheduled for interview....

You are just fine :) Right, just follow the instructions and if possible ,read and read bout the process on this site, everything you need is here.

In my experience, was worried too, because I had a problem with my medical, so had to re schedule my interview. thankfully, all went well. I am here now in Hawaii, and married.

My interview, at US embassy-Manila, was pretty easy and fast.

So relax, gather more informations and be patient :) Everything will be okay. God bless :)

Usually it does take longer then what your experiencing to get a date. You may have called at the right time that a cancellation appeared and the agent plugged you in.

You seem to be in the right track with your steps. Their are what I call gotchas when processing through USEM Philippines. To that end I have a website that talks about the steps and required documents for your journey specific to the Philippines. It's free to use and the link is in my signature below at the red twisting arrow.

Jump over to the sub forum for the Philippines. Lots of great people their to help.
