Yeah I would definitely check with Tasha if you can, especially since hers skipped NOA2 for some reason. Your case didn't skip NOA2 but it looks like it might be skipping NVC... that is rather odd. I am sorry I am not more experienced when it comes to filing multiple times for the same person, especially after an approval.

I really feel for you knowing that you were already approved once and he was here... that has to be a lot tougher than all of us. Please keep us updated!

I just got off the phone with the NVC and they finally received our case!!!!!!!! No number has been assigned yet so I will call tomorrow and Friday to see if we have a case number!!!

I just got off the phone with the NVC and they finally received our case!!!!!!!! No number has been assigned yet so I will call tomorrow and Friday to see if we have a case number!!!

Ok everyone.. i panicked for nothing.. I called the NVC again.. the had my file and my case number was ready.. /YAY!!!!!

7/1 - mailed I-129

7/7 - NOA 1

8/29 - RFE

9/13 - Notice received RFE reply

9/19 - NOA 2

10/12 - Called NVC & Received Case Number, Case Ready at Embassy

10/17 - Received NVC Case Number Letter in mail

12/2 - Interview (Denial, 221g issued asking more relationship proof)

12/8 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/9 - 221g issued again asking for more relationship proof (same items they asked for previously)

12/16 - passport returned to fiance in mail with 2nd 221g letter

12/23 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/27, 12/28, 12/29 Date updated on case

1/5 Passport Status changed to "passport being processed for delivery" CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/9 Passport delivered to hometown with VISA ISSUED!! CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/26 POE Seattle

Update on our case, petition was just approved! 9 days after they received my RFE reply :) I almost can't even believe it... so now I guess just wait a week or 2 to start calling NVC? I'm not even really sure what I can do in the meantime, I hadn't given much thought to what comes next...

OMG OMG OMG OMG YAYYYY!!!

Thirty freakin days later jeez these guys!!! Did they tie it to a tortoise???? Good grief!! You should definitely get your case number soon, someone got theirs within a few hours of calling and finding out their case was received. I'M SO RELIEVED FOR YOU YAY

Good luck everyone still. NVC seems to be moving quickly though.

After the 48 days for NOA2, got hard copy of NVC case number within about 3 weeks and the embassy status updated on CEAC was "Ready for interview" about 1 1/2 weeks after that.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.
